I am rejecting this response because:Dear Wizard101 Associate, I am unsatisfied with your response, I have already stated to you I am a legitimate gamer, I am a complete rule-abiding citizen.I do not look to create hassle in game, because I already know it will inevitably lead me to getting banned. I honestly believe I have not done anything to which leads to exploitive activity, the people who do, deserve to be banned. Bewildered is what I am with the support you are giving me.I have been falsely banned, so I politely emailed you to get it unbanned as it was a mistake, but I get an automated response telling me that the evidence was correct.What evidence can this possibly be? You got a video of me in game exploiting game mechanics? No, because I personally have done no such thing. I am very stressed right now, I have no one to blame except you, because you are the cause of of this, losing my account means allot to me, I invested so much time into getting my character to a higher level. I ask you to please reinvestigate my account so you can see that the customer is always right and unlock my account so I can continue my legitimate quest in game.

I am rejecting this response because: I never broke the terms of use. I pay those accounts and you new it also. You have flagged me for months. Then take the payments with no problem. They are family accounts. I never claimed to be anyone but myself. Your own policy states: if you give out your info it is at your own risk. No info was ever given on your site nothing.
Attached is what you allow everyday for anyone . groups on facebook to trade accounts as they please. I have more if you like. I pay there accounts because they can not afford it. they come from broken families. You only went after me for finally speaking up for myself. You have ban my account since 09. No reason. I let it go. I wont know. I know I am right. I did nothing wrong. Either did those ppl. You are taking the only thing from them. One acct hasn't been used in over a month so you are falsifying information. My [redacted] was only 1 day. no list nothing. and you say I did on her. You continue to lie, make up stuff. As for charges baks. No ever with my name. I sent you proof and letters from my bank. Hello,While I sympathize with your situation, there is little that can be accomplished through this particular method of correspondence, when it comes to in-game issues. The Support Team must investigate the claim and review the information provided by you, in the ticket. First of all, the account you provided specifically was a dead duplicate account my baby cousin had made years ago. I highly doubt it was compromised. Second of all, what about the status of umbisiburock, and umbisiburocks? Both of those accounts w re banned and there is no evidence of those accounts being compromised in any way.

on the release of thier latest content polaris, I started questing and playing game (before this point I only did a token logging on tending plants during events and such not any serious involvment for over a year) within the first week back, I was banned for a day no reasons given. I ignored it since it was a day and figured maybe I just accidentally broke a rule. well after that day was past I go back to playing less then a week passes and I am banned again this time for 7 days. funny how now twice you have banned me for no reason other then saying you guys ruined the game. should I be calling you know kingsisle Nazis now cause that how you now acting like. or is it you don't like it when people point out how many times you have made promises and then lacked the honor to actually fulfill them. like how you said elucidate training would ruin game oh wait then you released mastery amulets a month later that is actually more game breaking then elucidate ever could be. or now you say oh people were never able to land a critical cause people had more block them them uh news flash wrong. top block you can get was about 500-550. top critical was 650-750. all you do is come up with lame excuses to change a system that then results in very same reason mechanics don't fix [redacted] that not broken. you attempt to fix something that not broken, boom then its broken. that is what you have done with this game. 256 critical rating now means zero chance at critical 400 is only 20%. how do you expect anyone to stay in your [redacted] game if you keep breaking it and then to fix it you break it even more. every world since celestia has turned the game for the worse and you blindly blunder on instead of stopping and thinking and saying where the [redacted] did we [redacted] up at. but you probably wont even read this since you rather ban someone for pointing out where you [redacted] up then actually listen or even better yet talk to them and get their opinion. you know I remember when I started playing this game it operated on the premise that you needed a strategy to your deck. since celestia that has deteriated until khrysalis ruined it to point ther is no strategy anymore. also remember how it premised that kingsisle would listen to its player base but in the last 5 years since your team took over, you have shown the absolute opposite. that is why you losing players. fix the problems, listen to your player base and maybe you can turn the game around.)

as you can see absolutely no response to my query. after that they wait 3 weeks then ban me a third time and again the third time they offer no reason. and this time they fail to even respond to my queries. then less then 3 days after that ban ended they mute me for 10 years for no reason again. on top the standard refusal to answer queries, I tried to post on forums under thier complaints section and first one was merely sensored and 2nd time they banned me from forums as well. this used to be a really great game, a really fun game to play but it has gone downhill a lot and now it seems kingsisle is actively harassing, bullying their paying players. and yes I am an active subber the entire time this has been going on and I am a long time player of the game. a month ago, I would have suggested playing the game to someone but now I cannot suggest anyone to play this game now. there are plenty of good games out there that dont ban/mute thier player base for no reason and will reply to thier player base rather then ignore them.

I am rejecting this response because: No KingsIsle NEVER responded to my case from July 3, 2016 or the one from July 8, 2016. There are no new updates in my crown history for extra crowns either. Revdex.com, thank you for helping me, you have done all you could do at this point. After September, KingsIsle will be losing me as a customer. I regret spending my money on their membership cards and because of how I've been treated by them, I will never spend anymore of my money on their games in the future. And yes, I am counting the days until September so I can be done with KingsIsle.
