More information is needed in order to research our customer's concern:Is the customer able to confirm the order number?Can the customer please attach the image of the item received?Please have the customer attach the order confirmation below?

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced when placing Order 5211516613 on Kohls.com. Unfortunately,  our system is set up to deduct the  balance from the gift card with the lowest amount first followed by the gift card with the next highest amount. Even if the gift card...

was entered in a specific order, our system would not deduct the value until it goes into processing. Regrettably, we will not be reversing the transaction as requested since it was not Kohl’s error.

While in most cases out of stocks are reflected prior to the
check-out process at Kohls.com,...

there are situations when an out of stock may
not be evident until the order picking process. This can be attributed to high
order volume, damages, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience our customer
experienced with her Kohls.com order.

I wanted to let you know that I do not agree with Kohl's response or lack of response.  [redacted], of Kohl's corporate office knows I did not understand this one of the many, many, many rules and regulations associated with Kohl's Cash, YES Rewards and promo codes.  Instead of choosing to do the right thing after finding out I did not know this particular rule, Ms. [redacted], still chooses to alienate me as a customer.  I am going to cut up my Kohl's card and mail it to a consumer news team in the area of Kohl's corporate office.  I will ask them to return my card to, Ms. [redacted], and ask her why she would choose to lose a good customer with a #4 level Kohl's credit card (yet, another program Kohl's offers), instead of doing the simple, right thing by exchanging the $20.00 Kohl's Cash I feel I was forced to purchase for real cash.  I wonder if consumers have ever asked themselves how Kohl's can offer, sooooo, many of these various discounts and still make a profit from a sale?  How much does Kohl's, actually, have to overprice their products to offer this many discounts and still make a profit?  In fact, most of time all of these offers will, actually, apply to one order/purchase?  That's a lot of discounts to come off one purchase, in my opinion.  These are just some of many questions I will ask a consumer news team to seek answers for from, Ms. [redacted].  The bottom line for me is this.  It was bad enough when I was in an, actual, Kohl's store trying to explain how I felt to a Kohl's cashier.  She was making sarcastic comments under her breath when I questioned her response concerning my belief I was forced to purchase $20.00 worth of Kohl's Cash.  I assume she did this because her manager was standing at the same counter helping another customer and she did not want him to hear the tone in what she was saying to me.  This salesperson's sarcastic attitude caused me to lose my temper.  I am truly sorry for this.  Even though that was a stress inducing experience, it does not compare to my experience with, Ms. [redacted], of Kohl's corporate office.  Regardless of what, Ms. [redacted], thought I knew at the time she left a message on my voicemail, she, now, knows that I did not fully understand this one rule/regulation, but she would, still, rather be obstinate and lose a good customer.  Ms. [redacted]'s, actions toward me are not logical and she refuses to even be professional enough to send me a reason "why?" she is treating me this way.  She has been completely non-responsive in my recent attempts for answer concerning the issues I am having with Kohl's.  According to the Revdex.com, Ms. [redacted], has, also, refused to give a response to my complaint filed against Kohl's.  This is why I am, again, feeling "forced" by Kohl's to do something I never wanted to do.  Instead of being forced to purchase Kohl's Cash, this time I am having to contacting a consumer news team near Kohl's corporate office just to find out why I am being treated this way?  I do intend on finding out why and warning other consumers, so they can avoid this type of unnecessary, stressful treatment from Kohl's executives like, Ms. [redacted].I want to thank you and the Revdex.com for your time and help.  I would greatly appreciate it if you would include this final response to Kohl's via the Revdex.com in my formal complaint published on your website.  Have a nice evening.Sincerely,[redacted]

I ordered , but it is not possible to process, then you give me a refund. That's all. It is unclear why the customer's Kohls.com return was...

delayed. We have processed a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 01/25/16. Part of the return was processed back to the customer's Kohl's Charge account, and the remainder was placed on a Kohl's Merchandise Credit sent via USPS. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive this. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Our records
indicate we received her complaint through a different channel and her return
was processed on 07/22/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days

her Kohl's Charge. We do not accept Kohl's Gift Cards as payments on
the Kohl's Charge.  Although you cannot
make a payment using a Kohl’s Gift Card or Kohl's Merchandise Credit, payments
can be made at every Kohl's store using a check, cash, or money order.  Payments can also be made using Kohl's Cares
Gift Cards, which are Gift Cards sold by non-profit organizations as part of a
fundraising program.  Payments can also
be made through our automated telephone system or online through My Kohl's
Charge by using your bank routing number and checking account number. We are more
than happy to send the customer a $50.00 gift card for the inconvenience and
frustration, as well as a replacement for the original that was not redeemed at
checkout on June 11, 2016.

We regret the customer has not received their anticipated refund. At this time I am able to confirm we have processed a request for a new Kohl's Merchandise Credit to be sent to the address listed on the complaint. We advise the customer to allow 10-14 business days to receive this. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience.
