Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10324127, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Order number [redacted] reflects SKU 93968598 - KitcheAid Classic Plus 4.5 qt. Stand Mixer in the color Silver. was suppose to be cancelled by your customer service department, an 1 1/2 hours after the order was placed but it never got done even though I was told on the phone that is was cancelled. And as of 12/3 only the partial order was received the mixer still hasn't showed up. [redacted]1 maybe 2 mistakes would be acceptable because we are all human. But this whole ordeal has been one mistake after another. From sending wrong item, to being told I would get to use my 20% discount and then unable to do it. Scanning my merchandise credit at the kiosk and it not take it. Your customer service department saying my order was cancelled but it never was. Letting me to believe that I was ok to reorder my items and to use my merchandise credit on this order. I have have planned to return your items but until I receive them my money is tied up, I am being charged interest and it is a mistake on your part.

Kohl's stands by their previous statement. Since the rebate cards were issued to our customer's sister, she would need to contact ###-###-#### in order to have her credit issued to her. At this time, we consider this matter closed.
We can confirm the customer has received a $25.00 credit to her order [redacted] for the amount of the rebate she would have received.
We received the customer's complaint via a different channel and she has been advised a gift card will be sent to her for the difference of the discount she would have received.

I have produced the original receipt (not a gift receipt) three times already. It was attached to my original complaint with the Revdex.com and produced twice at Kohl's. I have attached it now for Kohl's to view it for a fourth time. I'm having a very hard time understanding why this is so complicated. If the price paid for the jeans is $66 and I have the original receipt proving it, why am I only able to be credited back $6? If this matter cannot be resolved fairly, myself and my family will no longer shop at Kohl's, in-store or online.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

I have been told this same exact statement from multiple Kohl's customer service associates since December 11, 2015. Two weeks has come and gone numerous times. They seems to have no actual intention of giving the money back, but simply telling me over and over they will. Until I see a real life refund in the form of credit to my original payment method I will not accept a resolution.

Kohl's is unable to generate physical Kohl's Cash outside of the Kohl's Cash earning dates. Our records show the customer was advised that we would honor the $110.00 Kohl's Cash credit on a future order, despite their transaction missing the cutoff time. At this time the customer may place a new...
order based on the terms previously provided by Kohls.com, or we can credit the Kohl's Cash to their Kohl's Charge account as a one-time courtesy. Please advise.
I am sorry but I honestly don't understand what exactly Kohl wants me to do at this point?Do I have to order something online, pay in full, and wait for Kohl to issue a credit back to my credit or debit card? That's quite more challenging than simply issue a gift card or simply a new kohl cash email since it was never redeemable. Having to use my debit or credit for a larger amount and then what I would use if I had the discount already in hands and then, wait for a refund it 's already by default an inconvenience and I have already been inconvenienced enough. I really don't understand Kohl's offer to resolve this.I went to many stores many times just to be told to call corporate and no one is even refunding me gas mileage for all the back and forth.
I am very upset on how this situation is being handled on a corporate level. I have one person at their office telling me that I would have recieved a refund by now and that the problem had been resolved. Then I recieve a response on here that I need to provide proof and when I called the number provied there was nothing even noted on my account concerning this matter. At this point, this should have been reviewed and taken care of on a corporate level. I feel like they are making me out to be a criminal as if I went to this mich trouble just to steal $142.50. This is unfair and unjust business, I addressed this problem from the very first instance and was blown off. I want and deserve the money that was stile from me back.
We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced on his most recent Kohls.com order. Per tracking, it does show both items have been shipped and delivered.
Upon review of her Kohl's Charge account, we can confirm she is receiving paper statements in the mail and there is no indication of returned mail on file. This would indicate statements are received and being sent to the correct mailing address. In addition, she had made purchases totaling $192.44...
in which she has made payments only totaling $165.00. Whenever a payment is received, the payment is processed right away and posted to the customer's account. The customer will need to make a payment of $27.44 by September 21st and we will waive the remaining $59.94 of the balance due. If this payment is not received by this date, late fees will continue to be assessed and she will need to contact our Collections Department to make arrangements.

When I went into the location where I purchased the bracelet from, Houma, LA, the associate and the manager told me I could contact Fitbit for a refund on the product. I stated to them that I did not purchase it from Fitbit, I purchased it from Kohl's and should be able to return it where I purchased it. AGAIN, had it been made known on the front, not the back of the receipt, I would have tried it on prior to my 30 days and returned it when I was not satisfied with the fit. I refuse to accept a lost of $100 on an item Kohl's can easily put back into their inventory and sale to a more satisfied consumer.
We stand behind our previous response.
Our percent off discounts advise our customers' to see store associate for additional details when using the discount. In addition, all signs placed above the merchandise in-store state this as well. When shopping online, this disclaimer is also listed next to the item and redirects the...
customer to our exclusions page. Unfortunately we are unable to honor the 30% off as Nike products are excluded from promotions. The customer is welcome to view a list of the excluded items on our website.
The business was able to offer a comparable settlement. Thank you.
