Upon review
of our customer's concern, it shows Order 5633540387 was tendered on their
Kohl's card and Kohl’s Merchandise Credit in the amount of $15.57 will be
mailed out to our customer. A new order was not placed for our customer using
the gift card, which is why we are mailing a gift card.

[The order was placed in Sept. 2013.  Before I contacted Revdex.com, I contacted Kohls at least 10 times. Everytime, Kohls' answer is the same as they reponsed to Revdex.com. "We are investigating your case and will get you back".
I do not know how long Kohls will take to investigate. but obviously, more than one year investigation without any result is not efficiant way.
I request Kohls to refund me plus the interest with the same rate they charged on me for late fee.]

Please note we verified with the store manager that the video
surveillance shows the customer leaving the store with two earned Kohl's Cash,
placing one in her shopping bag, and the other in her purse. As the customer
left the store with the proper amount of Kohl's Cash, we respectfully decline
the customer’s request for reimbursement.

I have been waiting for Kohls to resolve this issue for over a month.  The response is just another tactic to waste more time. There needs to be resolution to my complaint.  It should not take weeks to resolve.

our loyal customers completely satisfied with their shopping experiences, we would be more than happy to facilitate a return and refund if the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase. In the event that a customer would need to complete an even exchange (same item and price, different size or color) for an item, this can be done with a receipt at any register. An even exchange must be exactly even (based on the original or clearance marked price tag) in order for an exchange to be processed. If the store does not have the applicable ring to process an even exchange, a return will be processed for a full refund. When a receipt is not available a refund in the form of a Kohl's Merchandise Credit will be issued for the items' return value. We advise our customers to speak directly to a manager at the time of their visit, to ensure that the matter is handled appropriately.

 I just about give up on kohls misunderstanding of the situation. I've set photos up receipt. I had 30% off coupon and $20 in kohls cash. It wasn't applied, but I'm tired of wafting time for a few dollars. I hope this business goes away soon, I will no longer do business with them and there shifty sales practices.

As previously stated, a refund
was processed prior to receiving the complaint. We are unable to send items
without and order placed with a form of tender attached as a return was already
processed.  We are unable to comply with
your request for a [redacted]’s contact information. We stand behind our
previous response and consider this matter closed.

As previously advised, an order was attempted and never submitted. When attempting to place an order, you are able to enter the payment information prior to submitting as well. The refund was sent to the customer as previously advised. We are happy to honor $10 off a future purchase.

We regret the customer's experience with our company was less than favorable, and we apologize for any additional disappointment.

When a return is processed, the refund is determined by our POS system which will advise the associate on the type of refund to give. We are unable to promise a Corporate-Issued refund will be an option given to the POS at the time of the return. Again, we stand behind our return policy.

Upon review of the customer's account, billing statements are sent to our customer although their account is placed with a Collection agency, to aid as a reminder of the debt. The customer will need to contact Progressive to make an arrangement to pay the balance in full. They can be reached at...

 Though, I saw this legal disclaimer on their website, this canned response does not address their customer service reps inconsistency of response, the fact that the same item has been listed at a different price, or rather two prices. One at the top of the listing, another at the bottom of the page, neither of which are any of the prices their reps attempted to charge me. They have not addressed the complete waste of my time or tried to truly address the price of the item with me. They have asked for the item SKU, even though I already sent them screenshots of the item page in question. I've never seen a more lazy, incompetent customer service department outside of fast food establishments in my life. Perhaps what they need to offer me is a job.

Our records indicate 1075 points were added on 06/28 for the purchase she made on 06/27. The e-mail address listed on the rewards account is [redacted]. A certificate was sent to this e-mail address at the time however was never used. We have added the points back to her Rewards...

account. The current point balance is [redacted] and a certificate in the amount of $99.00 will be sent to the e-mail address on the Rewards account. We advise her to update her e-mail address to her current address in order to receive the certificate.
