We regret to hear of the customer's recent frustrations with Kohls.com. Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #[redacted] was processed on 02/22/16. We advise the customer to allow 5-7 business days to receive this. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We regret the customer's desired merchandise arrived damaged. Our records show a UPS pick-up was scheduled on 12/06/15 for the merchandise. The customer will be credited with 5-7 business after the merchandise arrived back to our warehouse. If the customer still desires the merchandise, we are...

more than happy to honor the original price paid, and free shipping. Regrettably, we are not able to discount the merchandise any further as it is an exclusion. The manufacturer of this product prohibits any additional discounting  of this item. The customer may simply reply to this complaint with the new order number and we will credit her accordingly. We are happy to honor 30% off a future Kohls.com order that does not include any excluded merchandise. We apologize for any disappointment.

Our records indicate a refund has been processed for the three unwanted orders back to her credit card.

If the customer has not had any success with the provided
steps we advise her to either e-mail our Rewards Department at [email protected]
or call their Customer Service Contact Center at ###-###-####. One of our
associates will be able to walk the customer through the registration process
step by step.

We have partnered with our rebate department in regards to our customers
inquiry. Once a response is received, we will be happy to follow up with our
customer.

Is the customer able to provide a specific location for us in which the return was denied.

We have processed a credit for $15.00 on 12/29/15, back to the customer Master Card ending in 2388, for the expired Kohl's Cash. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I never received the gift card, you sent it to the wrong person.  The person who paid for the order(me) should have received the gift card back and I never did.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is obvious Kohl's failed to read the complaint, as they offered a "canned" and unrelated remedy. The complaint at hand has absolutely nothing to do with procurement. This is a store issue - the price shown was not the price that appeared at the register, and, as a result of the clerk not honoring the price listed in the store, the purchase was voided. There is nothing to return.

We request a copy of the credit card statement so we may verify the date of purchase on our end in order to verify the rebate information. If it was purchased within the time frame stated, we will be more than happy to honor our customer's rebate. It can be faxed to [redacted]

We are processing a refund for our customer in the amount of $186.10 for
Order 5693327479 which
will be applied to our customer Kohl's account. The reason $75.00 is reduced is
because our customer did redeem the $75.00 issued at the time the order was
submitted.

Kohl’s has indeed reviewed
the screenshots and concerns related to the account. The screenshots provided
display the same information furnished on the Kohl’s Charge statements. The customer
failed to schedule on time payments for the months of September and October. As
previously stated we have determined that the information previously furnished
to the credit reporting agencies is accurate. We have closed the account per
the customer's request. We stand behind our previous response and consider this
matter closed.

For
the security and protection of our customer's account information, we are
unable to communicate detailed account information via e-mail with a third
party. We recommend the customer advise her husband to contact

[redacted] You did not process a return on order #6639077690 you processed it on the one I did receive. I'm also out of the Kohl's cash I was suppose to receive. Yes there was a -50.00 on Jan. 5th but there still were two charges on there for 2 stand mixers One I didn't receive.

Upon review of her Kohl's Charge account, our records indicate she has received credits in the amount of $405.46 for the dates requested. In addition, a letter was mailed at her request, outlining the details of the credit. We have credited the correct amount to back to her Kohl's Charge account at...

this time.

We are unable to re-send her merchandise as the items were delivered per the tracking information. We welcome the customer to repurchase the items and we will honor 20% off of the new order. We apologize for her experience.
