We will not be contacting the customer's mother as the complaint was filed by the customer on behalf of his mother. As stated, the customer's mother is welcome to contact our Customer Service Department to resolve her account directly and properly with our representatives.

They have not addressed any of the issues in the complaint or even attempted to come to an amicable resolution. I have read several other complains from other customers regarding the same types of issues without a response or resolution. Clearly they take pride in their unethical business practices and bad customer service hence their reputation! I cannot accept the business reply because they did not address any of the issues outlined in the complaint not attempted to offer a resolution. I hope all customers reading this think twice about shopping with this company and spend your money with a company who actually values their customers! Shame on kohls!

Our customer was sent $36.00 on April 11, 2017 to [redacted]. We will reprocess a new $36.00 VISA Prepaid card to the address on this complaint, and will be mailed out within 15 business days.. We apologize for any frustration this has caused the customer.

Upon review of our customer's order, the customer stated that FedEx denied her claim. Kohl's is not responsible for the items since  FedEx confirms delivery of her package. She would need to contact FedEx and the customer might want to consider filing a police report as well.

Yes, the package was finally received 15 days after the order was put in, and at no point, Kohl's customer service rep or the responding party here on Revdex.com showed any care to help tracking the package when there was no information updated. no response regarding their horrible customer service provided. not an apology for this nightmare as a customer experienced.  Based on this "Don't care" attitude showed by Kohl's here. this response is not accepted. Package received is just part of the complaint, the bad customer service experience is another part of the complaint, and the 2nd part is not being addressed at all.
