We advise the customer to contact the Corporate Refund Department directly to ensure the correct address was listed. We apologize for any confusion.

The selection of merchandise may vary by store. Our products are placed in our advertisements in order to alert our customers of the sale price of that item, based on availability. This information is stated on the back of our sales flyers. We are unable to comply with the customer request to honor Black Friday prices, or discount a similar item. We apologize for any additional disappointment.

was not previously reimbursed for the missing items because UPS did provided us
proof of delivery. The customer was informed the next steps were to file a

customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on her Kohl’s
Charge account.

Upon review of the claim, it appears the tender used is in someone else's name. We would need the primary on the Kohl's Charge to call in regarding their online order since it was placed on their charge card.

received the customer’s complaint through another channel and her concerns have
been addressed. The customer has been informed that once the redemption dates...

have passed, Kohls.com and our
store registers will no longer accept Kohl's Cash. In the past, stores may have
made an exception to our policy to honor expired coupons; however, going
forward this will not be the case and our policy will now be enforced.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate her request to honor the Kohl's Cash.

I have already contacted the phone number several times and gave them the information that I have. This is far from "hassle free return" and I would just like my merchandise back and I will give it to someone. I will be closing my Kohl's charge as well since I have been treated like a thief and directed towards the loss prevention line. Like, I told them several times. I received the cookware set for a gift from my uncle at the end of November. My wife and I did research and purchased a set at Sur la table. When I received the set,it was given directly to me in a kohl's box. Since that time, my uncle has passed away. WOULD YOU LIKE ME TO PROVIDE THE DEATH CERTIFICATE? I can do that. When I talked to the representatives on the phone, they have asked for additional information. I have provided it. The last time, I said I woulf talk to my grandafther (my uncles father) to see if he had additonal information. He did not. Since I've been treated like a liar, a thief and everything else I would just like my merchandise back. I stated this to the representative as well, she stated they could not do that. It states no where on the receipt that this is the process and says nothing more the "hassle free, no questions asked." I would just like my merchandise back and would no longer like to deal with an organization who treats its customers like thieves.Revdex.com:

Our records show a return for Kohls.com order #4211531577 was processed on 12/04/15, back to the customer's VISA ending in 4080. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have contacted our customer directly. We advised the purchaser needs to call in to speak to our fraud department at 1-888-890-1755 to address further.

We will be more than happy to address our customer's concern. In order to honor our customer Kohl's Cash request, we would need copies of the receipts for the transactions. Please have them attach to complaint.

We regret to learn the customer has not received their anticipated return credit. At this time we advise the customer to reply with the Kohls.com order number for further research.

We regret to learn that our customer received a griddle instead of the food processor they ordered. A refund was processed for the missing item.

Mixer in the color White.  This order was delivered on December 2, 2014.
Order number [redacted] was also submitted by the customer and reflects SKU 93968598 - KitcheAid Classic Plus 4.5 qt. Stand Mixer in the color Silver. This order was delivered on December 1, 2014.
Regretfully, the stores in Champaigne, Bloomington, and Decatur do not have SKU 93968598.
We would need the items returned in order to process a refund to our customer's account. We would be glad to schedule a pick up with our carrier for both of the orders and have them returned to our fulfillment center for a refund. Our customer may also return the items to the store for an immediate refund. Once we receive confirmation from our customer regarding a pick up for both orders we will schedule the pick up and provide a confirmation email with the dates of pick up. We apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced.

I just checked and see they did process the request just this week.  Although, that's over a month after the whole situation occurred and was WAY too delayed and late in my opinion. I now am aware of how the company does business and will never be ordering from them again.  So, as far as i'm concerned this was the last part of the almost 6 week long nightmare to be finally completed.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
