We are more than happy to review our customer's concern. Is the customer able to attach images of the gift cards he is attempting to redeem, the front and back please. Once that information is received, we will research further.

It seems like you need to update your system if you allow customers to order an item 7 times when your website and associates on the phone say the item is in stock to have the order cancelled each time because now it is"out of stock." This is false advertising! The item was not available when I purchased it and the item would not have been taken off the website as in stock if I had not contacted the Revdex.com.

We will be more than happy to research our customer's concern, but more information is needed. Is the customer able to attach a copy of the receipt to the complaint so we can partner with the store and research further.

I am emailing you regards complaint ID [redacted].  I did finally receive a credit for the items I did not receive and also a UPS delivery for a big $1.73 Kohls cash they owed me. Seems like it would have just been easier to credit my card $50, but this company just did not get good customer service or a policy that allows for quick resolutions in situations like this.  I am satisfied with what happened, but I am not happy with their inconsistent and ridiculous store policies that prevent them from rectifying situations like this swiftly. I do believe that if I had not reported to the Revdex.com that I would still be waiting for a response from them and my money so I thank you for that.

We advise the customer to return to the store where the purchase was made and request to speak with [redacted] to have the transaction fixed. Due to the transaction being done at the store, it will need to be credited by the store. We apologize for any confusion.

I needed a chance to read and reply to this request !This was a a error on kohls and I know they were able to credit my account - they chose not to because they get away with doing bad business - I don't not agree with this out come ! I will be pulling my account with kohls and telling all about how the steal

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I attached all of the information previously to reflect that the not only the website had errors, but the customer service rep was in the wrong for not checking to see that the orders had gone through.  Also when a Kohls cutomer service representative opens a Claim # for overdraft fees because they are the fault of the company and then the company fails to stand behind the statements and actions of their customer service representatives, this is fraudulent action on the part of the company for failure to honor a verbal contract and extremly bad business practices.

We have attempted to contact our customer directly.  Please have our customer contact 262-704-9567.

Upon review of the customer's Kohl's Charge account, the balance due in September 2009 was $209.42 due by the 17th of that month. We did not receive a payment until October 25, 2009 in the amount of $160.00 in which the balance was increased to $242.24 due to the missed payment. Due to the customer...

only paying $160.00, a remaining balance of $84.40 was due the following month. Our records do not indicate any additional payments made to the account after the payment made in October 2009. We are unable to remove the negative reporting from the credit agencies due to the provided information.

If the order was not placed during a earning period for Kohl's C ash, we are unable to issue any type of credit. If it is a Kohl's Cash earning period, it will state it on the order confirmation page  and it will display the amount earned. The customer can return the item, and repurchase during a Kohl's Cash earning period if she still wishes to receive Kohl's Cash.

We apologize for the
inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced regarding her most
recent Kohls.com orders. Unfortunately, this is not Kohl’s error....

On the order
confirmation, the shipping address is provided which allows our customers a 30
minute to cancel or edit an order. The customer reached out to us over 24 hours
after the order was placed.

5775530015. Upon review of our customer's concern, it does appear we did apply a
refund for the jacket. In regards to the rewards, we can mail out a physical
gift card she can use. For the Kohl's...

Merchandise credit, we request the
customer sends us a picture of the front and back of it and we can apply the
balance all together as well as an image of the birthday certificate.

It does state on the rebate form that in order for the purchase to qualify, the customer would need to spend  $300.00 or more after discounts on Samsonite luggage. Based on the information provided , the customer did not meet the qualifications for the rebate.
