situation regarding the customer’s Kohls.com order. We regret any
inconsistencies and multiple contacts the customer endured to reach a final
resolution. We would like to assure her that this is not indicative of our service.
The customer’s concerns have been shared with our E-Commerce Executive
Department to ensure that our best practices are executed.

The customer is indeed allowed to provide feedback at the number provided, as there is no designated "Complaint Department." Additionally, all Revdex.com complaints are addressed by the Executive Office. Kohls has decided they do not want to try and help me replace or recover my stolen cell phone. Their response was it is not up to Kohls to keep a safe store even during the busiest time of the year. I still would like to mark a negative complaint on their file as I totally disagree. Not only should they have had security on the Saturday before Christmas they should have had additional holiday help. We were the victims in this theft and yet they are treating us like the criminal. Bad business, bad customer service, and bad attitude. If it was not for loyal  customers like ourselves their store would not even be in business.

I understand the company asking for thereciept but I wouldnt have left the clothes had I not been instructed to and I did ask for a reciept and was told none would be givin and now you want to ask for something ive not had since the sart of this ordeal.

This item should have been simply re-ordrered for the same exact price when I called into customer service on April the 12th. That wasn't done. If it was done, I could have had that item in my possession by now. I want a FULL refund of the item and a written apology from Kohls Corporation as I have spent over 4 hours on the phone plus additional time filing a complaint with the Revdex.com just so I can force Kohls Corporation to follow their product policies/business practices. I have spent so much time on this, Kohls has drug their feet and not done anything for so long that I don't even need the item anymore. I need a refund and an apology for the way I was treated during this situation and for the way this situation was (more like wasn't) handled.

Kohls claims that I placed that wrong address information in the shipping section.  I know I placed the correct information in, I do know my address.  After the delivery went to the incorrect address I spoke to a kohls representative and she was trying to delete the incorrect address and could not delete it.  The system was continually re-entering the incorrect shipping address.  This is proof that there is some sort of glitch in their system, why should I be charged for this?  It is their error not mine and I dispute their decision.  In addition,  I spoke to the next kohls representative and I was told that they would pick up the merchandise at the incorrect address, return it to kohls  and they would credit my charge account which has not been done.  This is just bad business!Sincerely, [redacted]
