Upon review, we can confirm a credit was processed for the item that had the security tag left on it in the amount of $24.50. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within this time-frame, yours could be sooner or later....

We will not be refunding the full amount paid for the order as there was only one item with the security tag left on it. The full amount charged for the remaining items of the order will remain on the Kohl's Charge account. We are happy to place another order for the item that was returned and recharge the purchase to the customer's Kohl's Charge account. We advise the customer to reply with her decision. We apologize for any inconvenience.

On February 9th call kohl's pertaining 10.00 kohl's cash. The kohl's staff gives me a reference number 170209-0100200 place order that day only. Explained to me step by step how to use the 170209-0100200 on line order? I try it see if it works as you shown me by your response.

The customer has filed two Revdex.com complaints regarding the same issue, as we have responded to the first complaint [redacted]. As stated with this complaint, the refund amount was reduced due to a 20% off discount being applied to the original purchase. A refund was properly processed in which $17.59 on a Kohl's Merchandise credit has been mailed. We advised to allow 10-14 business days to receive it. In addition, $12.37 was credited back to his credit card. We are unable to send a replacement however he is welcome to place a replacement order and the original sale prices will be honored.

I have sent the orders numbers already and also contacted kohls.com and they stated...

there is nothing they can do...even spoke with a supervisor. Again the order numbers are below.There are a couple orders and they are below: 7287700829- The  Men's Urban Republic Ballistic Parka was ordered in Medium...Packing slip said Medium price tag said Medium but the jacket tag read Large.  6478490270-  The Seven7 Speyside Women's Waterproof Duck Boots was ordered in a women's 10...Packing slip said 10...box said 10...but inside there was a women's 10 and a women's 8.Our daughter also got a vest for Christmas for her aunt...ordered in a large, packing slip says large but its a medium.

We regret the customer's Registry certificate arrived expired. At this time we are able to confirm that the customer's information was sen tot our Registry Department to re-issue the certificate. We advise the customer to wait 2-3 weeks to receive this. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Kohl's has made no attempt to resolve this issue to satisfy a loyal repeat customer. Over $15 in Kohls cash, they have fought me. Any good business who cared about their customer would see that this was kohls error and that I followed the policy. As if $15 is a dent in their pocket. They apparently pay employees to waste time answering Revdex.com complaints but cannot give a loyal customer a lousy $15 kohls cash over their error. If their response to this complaint is not testament to their horrible customer service, I dont know what is. I refuse to accept this response from them.

We apologize for the frustration our customer experienced. Please know we credited our customer accordingly on June 27, 2017. $3.81 was credited to her Kohl's Charge ending in [redacted], which she will see in an average of seven business days, and $40 of Kohl's Cash was issued to her via email.

Technically, I did reorder the item.  Kohl's did absolutely nothing to help me.  I spent three days on the phone with them. They refused to help me in any way.  Even after the customer service representative told me the item was no longer available and their was nothing they could do, I continued to go on-line and two day later it became available again.  I placed it in my cart and ordered it.  I then spent another hour on the phone with a customer service rep trying to get the price I had originally paid.  I don't think Kohl's should be taking credit for reissuing the item, because they did absolutely nothing.  I initiated and handle the matter after four hours of my own time.  Hardly worth saving $20 dollars.

After reading the complaint Kohls contacted me and approved the refund for the item in the form of store credit. I am...

satisfied with the outcome but resent the process and being treated as a criminal. In the future I hope that Kohls will give customers the benefit of the doubt and realize that most people are honest.

Upon review of our customer's inquiry, it does show that only one item was purchased and mailed in. We would need proof of the other 3 in question. They have sent over the information they received and we show Order 4374543042.

We are more than happy to research our customer's concern.  In order to confirm our customer's resolution, she is requesting a duplicate order for the chair ordered on Order 7450857964, correct?

Attached you will see a charge on my credit card for the in-store kiosk order on 8/17/16 as I have stated all along. I never received any sort of information with an order confirmation or email (even though I should have). We have been around and around with Kohl's stating they cannot locate a charge - you will see it attached. Please refer to the over 30 minute phone call I had with a Kohl's supervisor, Earl (reference 160819-010972) on 8/19/16. I was told (and confirmed back to him) that within 24 hours of the call I would get a prepaid shipping label to return the item to Kohl's and would be credited the $12.99. Not surprisingly I never got that email as Earl told me I would. I'm not really quite sure how a business can charge a customer and have no record of it.
