We have processed a return credit for SKU #[redacted] back to Kohls.com order #[redacted] on 12/15/15. We advise our customer to allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Upon review of our customer's concern, it does show our customer was refunded for the canceled orders, and the gift card numbers provided do have a balance on them. Does the customer have their gift cards in their possession?

In the original complaint, we did advise the customer that if she agreed to receive the gift card, to please confirm by replying with her mailing address, which is why it has not been mailed. We have yet to receive a response via Claim [redacted]

Upon review of Kohls.com order # [redacted] we are able
to confirm the return was processed on 07/17/15 back to the customer’s VISA

We apologize for the inconvenience our customer experienced with their online order. Per tracking information for Order 1ZA4A2810351695637, it does show UPS has delivered this package to an access point. the customer would need to contact UPS to determine the exact address of the access point.

We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration our customer experienced with their online order. We have processed a refund for our customer in the amount of $60.53, since many of these items are out of stock. When the items are available again, our customer can definitely reorder for the same...

items for the same price, they just need to reference their original order number.

We are more than happy to research our customer's concern. We did attempt to contact to contact our customer directly to advise her how we are going to attempt to resolve her concern.
