The customer has failed to call back or answer our emails. Unfortunately the customer is in possession of a product that is obsolete. (End of Life)...

We do not support newer firmware for products that are obsolete. I don't agree with Linksys decision  I want them to make a offer to sell me a router similar called the Linksys EA6500-RM with a discounti only had the one I currently have which is the E6350 8 months now I bought it from them on their store on [redacted] and I believe therouter I have was sent to me with Spyware cause every since I installed since  Aug 2015 , I've had issues with Viruses , Spyware , Malware so yes I believe they sent me a router that is faulty and I got [redacted] Live Link that I paid a subscription but when this current router goes outi have problems with my emails getting hijacked  too so I know it's the router they need to sell me a new one even it's refurbished with a discount

I am including an attached copy of the warranty information from the website with the areas marked where the warranty applies for up to 12 months for a new product and that refunds are available for defective parts, that once again I was told over the phone was incorrect. They are claiming to contact Wal-Mart on my behalf to get a refund, but I am immensely displeased with their lack of knowledge of their own information, responsibility for their product and the amount of incorrect information I was given by 3 different people in customer service. I would have thought a company with such expensive products would work harder to keep their customers satisfied.

Revdex.com Offices,The customer did call us back and we offered to transfer the call to one of our SR Tech to continue with the Tech Support. The customer declined to Tech Support since he already disconnected the router from his network. According to the customer, he already packed the router...

and he will be returning the unit. The customer also mentioned that he just needed to have his Linksys Smart WiFi account deleted. The call was transferred to senior representative Tech for assistance with the account deletion. The case was handled by Sr Tech [redacted], who explained to the customer that in order for them to delete the LSWF account, they need to login to the account and in order to do so they need the router connected to the network. The tech had advised the customer to get a replacement so that they can reassociate the LWSF account to the router. The case was closed with the Sr Tech advising the customer call technical support once he gets the replacement.  Thank you,[redacted]Office of the President
