These THIEVES are doing business the way they have been doing business for decades.  They are unscrupulous cheaters.  I now remember why I have a box of old junk Linksys routers.  They make shoddy equipment on purpose.  My reason for declining any help was that I took THE SECOND PIECE OF JUNK LINKSYS router back for a refund because it didn't work either.  Even though it was set on the exact same frequency as my Belkin AC 100, the Linksys JUNK AC 2600 was only getting half the speeds wired and barely a fraction of the speeds with wifi.Linksys is nothing more than an outsourced con game.  They intentionally don't have any technical helpers that can speak understandable English.  Then after frustrating customers for hours, they offer to help for a price.  This wasn't a one time incident.  It's a way of doing business for Linksys.If Linksys wants to make it right with me, they can cut a check to me for $100.00.  That's how much the brand new Linksys modem I'm using cost me.  I can almost guarantee I'll be having to dig out my trusty Motorola Surf Board because this Linksys product, made like junk on purpose, will probably die before it does,.
It's pretty sad when two brand new  Linksys AC 2600's don't work out of the box on the same exact frequency as the three year old Belkin AC 1000.

again. We offered a call back from our SET team and the customer agreed. We  asked the customer for a preferred time for a call back. The customer is available Monday-Friday after 5:00 PM EST. We informed the customer someone from our SET team will be calling him within 24-48 hours after 5:00 PM EST. The customer agreed and will be awaiting a call back. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I'll start by saying that I now have a working router which is what I was looking for when I filed my complaint.Their response isn't entirely accurate.  Linksys (Belkin) refused to exchange my router or provide a refund until I filed my Revdex.com complaint.  They made it clear that they only offer refunds if you purchase directly from their store vs [redacted] and suggested I ask [redacted] for a refund.  The exchange they offered is currently for sale on their website for $179.99 and I paid $273 for the EA8500.  In addition, the WRT1900ACS has less features than my previous router so I would not consider it an upgrade. They only sent the new router to me before receiving the old one back because I offered my credit card number which they call their "advanced" exchange service.Dealing with Linksys on this issue was extremely frustrating, but it is good to know the Revdex.com is available to help.

Revdex.com Offices,Linksys Customer Service contacted [redacted] to discuss the complaint he submitted regarding his Linksys product. Customer is asking for discount so that he can buy another Linksys product in the future. Customer originally purchased the Linksys EA6350 from Linksys [redacted]. As a resolution, we gave an an upgraded product to the customer ([redacted]). We also provided an exemption for prepaid packing label so that the customer can return the defective unit to Linksys for free. Customer is satisfied with the resolution given. If Mr. [redacted] requires further assistance, he may contact the [redacted] Customer Service Executive Response Team at (714) 768-[redacted].Customer was pleased with the resolution and we have closed the case in Sales Force.Thank you,[redacted]Office Of The President

We spoke with the customer and he told us that this issue was already resolved way back on November last year. I also gave him the ERT number just in case if needs our assistance in the future.

Revdex.com Offices,We sent the customer a new email regarding his firmware issues for a end of life product. We understand that you purchased the Linksys WMB54G Wireless-G Music Bridge. We would like to inform you that this  particular product is already tagged as an end of life device since 2012 this means we no longer manufacture this unit nor  have any software available. The reason for this is because some of this older firmware utilize open source code that can no  longer be updated or provided to the customer due to licensing issues. For further assistance, feel free to reply to this email or call us at 714-768-6133. took it upon herself to seek a private company for assistance. ($98.99)Unfortunately we do not compensate monetary amounts for a private company technical assistance. The customer has called numerous times in the past year for assistance and each time our technical team was able to resolve the issue. Our agents were kind enough to explain this to the customer when the customer disconnected the call.
