wait but wanted us to update our website regarding the router's information. The customer also had problems with accessing the router's apps using his iPhone 7 we transferred the customer to our tech support team and provided our tech support team for future references. We provided customer with case #: [redacted] for reference and phone #: [redacted] for technical support. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Linksys has not made an offer to resolve the issue, they are claiming that it is actually resolved.  This is not factual, we are still in the process of attempting to resolve the issue.  It will be at least a week before I can update this complaint and state whether or not Linksys has kept its commitment, thus far they have not so I am unwilling to assume that they will do so now.  But I am fair, I will let you know if and when it is resolved.
