(some of us work, we do not have available time to be answering the phone when anyone decides to call, this is the reason all of my responses go via email, they also have left NO voicemail, and am not avialable when they are, as I work in a Call center, I did advise them to contact me via email for all of my responses for this same reason, at this time they still have not emailed me one time.

Revdex.com Offices,Our agent [redacted] spoke with Mr. [redacted] regarding his refund. The refund was processed on May 11th, 2017. I sent the customer an email apologizing for the delay. Depending on when we receive the customer's package it may take 24-72 hours for the refund to be processed....

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Company contacted me and offered zero resolution.  They were unwilling to here me out and after I explained I did not feel I should have to spend more money to purchase an "additional device", the rep replied "So you want to purchase an addition device?".  They are a joke.  I am returning the initial router and now also two switch's I purchased, and have no problems with.  I will never do business with them again.  I think I will even do a YouTube video and review how terrible the range is on this router.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  The company has accepted the return.  I have no further need to communicate with this business.  They have in no way compensated me for my hassle.  Based on the number of items sold at the time of purchase, they have defrauded at least 250 other customers with false claims about the warranty as listed in their [redacted] ad.  Many of these customers are likely unaware that they product they purchased does not carry the same warranty as listed in the item description.  Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] was a great representative of the Belkin/ Linksys.  I wish I would have come into contact with him prior.  Unfortunately all the contact with Linksys, including initially answering this Revdex.com Complaint, were with subcontracted Agents in the Philippines who hung up rather than transferring me to their Manager.[redacted] was tasked with putting forth their businesses position and did this by reading a letter that was written by their legal department.  Some of which was shown in their reply to this complaint.  I countered with thousands of articles and research findings attained through independent studies, some double blind, by neutral parties and government, which assert the contrary.TO KNOW THE TRUTH ABOUT the NEGATIVE HEALTH EFFECTS OF WI-FI RADIATION, all one needs to do is perform a search on Google similar to:  "NEGATIVE HEALTH EFFECTS OF WI-FI RADIATION".  You will find the same information I included in my email to Linksys.  I attempted to past it below, but am not sure what will be displayed.Again, [redacted] was a friendly, and genuinely nice person, but his company chooses not to at least investigate, yet alone address, the large volume of data that is being made daily on the Negative Health Effects of Wi-Fi Radiation.  Thank you for your   Regards,[redacted]

I sent Mr. [redacted] an email this morning in regards to his new router [redacted]. I informed the customer his new router will arrive on Monday the 4th of April. I also sent the customer a prepaid packing label [redacted] via his email address to return his defective Linksys router EA6350 at no cost to the customer.

They connected me back to Internet every time I called. I also told them the modem is not supposed to forget it's a setting . It disconnected every time power went out plug unplugged it was reset wall switchgrass shut off  surge protector shut off, I called every time as I was disconnected told them something wrong or faulty modemIt cost 249$ it should work. THEY installed it. After 10 months I could not take it any more I had guests no internet takes 40 minutes to get back online . Then I have to go around to every tv phone printer and sign them back in. That is why I called private company. It was simply installed wrong . I can unplug it 10 times stays hooked up. That is why I want compensation  for the 98$ it was their job to fix it or send technician they only offered technician after I paid to get it fixed. If they don't want to pay technician Give me refund on modem They are very dishonest last lady l asked to fix it ignored me then tried to sell me something
