LivingSocial has researched ***'s request and recovered the following detailsRegarding the *** *** Lanterns, the consumer was credited in the amount of Deal Bucks on December 6, Regarding the *** Grill, the merchant *** *** did not receive the returned item from the consumerAs a courtesy, LivingSocial has provided credit to the consumer's account today in the amount of Deal Bucks.

I am rejecting this response because: Today is May 8th, and I have not received the order from ***. It has not shipped and I don't know when it will ship if ever. I have tried to cancel the order and to get my shipping charges refunded but they won't give me back the money. So I have a refund of $9, but I have spend $for the vouchers, and another almost $for shipping for items that I never received. How is this fair, and as for the courtesy Deal Bucks, What would I do with them. If I try to use them it will start the same cycle all over again!!!!!!!!!!!! I will order an item using deal buck, pay extra for shipping, never receive the item and then get the original purchase price back in Deal Bucks, and then we will start all over again with the scam

I purchased a voucher from living social and had a terrible experience: The voucher was for four hours of cleaning from Dirt Destroyers, LLCWhen I purchased the voucher, I called multiple times to schedule with the companyThere was no answer to any of my messagesI later was directed - online - to schedule my voucher appointment but Living Social appts were restricted to Fridays onlyThe first "available" Friday was several months out - so I scheduled for 12/4/In the interim, I contacted Dirt Destroyers again via phone and also email, wanting to ensure the voucher would still be honored since it would be expired by thenNo one returned my communicationsEarlier this week I received auto-generated confirmation of my appointment at am on FridayAgain I called the business and left a message as I had some questions regarding their serviceNo one returned my messageOn 12/I received another auto confirmation of the am 12/cleaningOvernight, I received an automatic cancellation notice with no explanationI have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin, and read a similar case registered thereI also read a Google review of the business that describes a similar experienceThis is absolutely the worst experience I have had with any Madison service, and definitely the worst Living Social experience I have hadI would like to be reimbursed the $that I paid for a service that I am completely unable to useI have tried several times to contact Living Social but the email address has been removed from their site and whenever I have called the phone number provided for customer service they have had "unusually high call volume" with waits of minutes or moreI have not been able to stay on the line long enough to connect with a representativeThey recently distributed an email re: Dirt Destroyer vouchers indicating that they were no longer valid (I am guessing there were multiple complaints) and that if I had not been able to redeem mine I could request a refund on the voucher page of Living SocialHowever, on the site I am unable to request the refund because my voucher is technically expiredAll in all this has been an incredibly frustrating experience

I brought Upgraded Bluetooth Fitness Tracker Bracelet from Living socialI received the item by mail after daysWhen I receive the item, the package was open and the item was defectiveIt is breaking the connection between the phone and unit, reporting wrong steps and dataI tried to contact Living Social, there is only one phone number to contact them, no email or contact page other than phone number for customer serviceWhen I called them for the refund, the waiting time is minutes and I was on minutes on waiting, nobody answeredOn this product page, they are stating that you can refund the project with in daysUnfortunately, I could not find any option to add voucher in my account to refund this productI am happy to provide order number and details if required

is specifically for the participant to operate a motor vehicle, classified as a

practice for waivers of liability be completed to attend these types of events

at the time the reservation is completed on their websiteThis is to ensure the
participants have ample time to review the terms and conditions associated with
partaking in the experience*** *** *** has confirmed that the reservation
for *** ***’s son was completed on June 16, and the waivers were sent with
the reservation confirmation, to the email address provided at the time of
registrationThese disclosures are also available directly through *** *** ***’s website

14, to request a refund for her vouchers since her son wasn’t able to
attend due to concerns with the disclosuresAt the time of *** ***’s
request, only one of her two vouchers had been marked as redeemed by *** *** *** because there was a reservation associated with this redeemed voucher
Although these vouchers were non-refundable, LivingSocial provided *** ***
with a courtesy refund to the method of payment for the unused voucherSince a
reservation was made using her son’s voucher, and wasn’t canceled within *** *** ***’s cancellation policy, LivingSocial is denying *** ***’s
request for a refund of her redeemed voucher

A merchant that promoted a deal through Living Social damaged our stainless steel appliances I called Living Social twice and asked that a customer service manager contact me They refused to call me They said that they don't care Once the voucher is used it doesn't matter any more The merchant claimed to be a Revdex.com Accredited business on the Living Social website, however they are not The company should protect the consumer against bad businesses At the very least they should investigate the matter and talk with the merchant to assure this doesn't happen to other customers We expect some financial restitution for this damage We don't feel like we should have to take it to small claims court on our own without the backing of Living Social The Customer Service representative, Christa was horrible and Caitlyn the manager wouldn't even return my phone call I waited on the phone twice for minutes!
