I purchased a C*** membership voucher from LivingSocial.com July 1st After purchasing, I was given a voucher number that I needed to enter at the S*** *** website, which would initiate my new membership I have tried multiple times to redeem the voucher, but I receive an error claiming my there was a problem with my voucher number and that I should call LivingSocial at When I called the first time, I spoke with a representative who said the company was aware of the problem and that I would receive a new voucher number in - hours at the email address listed in my account This was over a week ago and I still haven't received a new voucher number I've checked my spam mailbox as well, and I haven't missed any messages from LivingSocial I've tried calling multiple times since then, but cannot get through to a representative I've spent $on this voucher, which is apparently useless The company has done nothing to fix the problem Their fine print indicates that there are no refunds for this purchase All I'm looking for is a solution to this problem That is, a valid voucher It's an easy process in my mind I give them money, they give me what they advertised

I am rejecting this response because:It seems Living social fails to understand and disregards the fact that only one of the vouchers they sold me only covered the cost of one class cost however the second one did not Does this even make sense? It is really obvious that as a result of my purchase of these vouchers I purchased from living social only covered the cost of one class and fell $short of the same exact classIt doesn't take a great deal of math to figure these numbersClass #$155, voucher #from living social paid $for this class Class #$155, voucher #living social voucher #paid ONLY $145, meaning the voucher DID NOT pay for the exact same classThis is clearly obsurd that both vouchers do not have the same valueIt is pointless to discuss this matter further with living social as the integrity of this company is disheartening based on my experience with living social
For the record, if it isn't already obvious, living social has failed in resolving this issue I've purchased these same vouchers from another online company similar to living social and never had this issue at all I just want other people to know and beware of the practices of this company with their customers so that they can make an informed decision in deciding to do business with living social based on my experience.

I hope this gets through! In the last two days I've called the corporate office times and sat on hold for over two hoursToday I finally made contact with a personAfter explaining the situation, that the merchant isn't responding to my calls, emails, or messages, I had decided to call to get my money backThis is the second time I've used your services and have had terrible experiencesThis will be the lastI called to explain the situation, and although outside of my seven day period, asking for my cash back because I no longer wish to do business through youAfter repeating herself multiple times, I asked for a supervisor, multiple timesShe denied me from speaking With a supervisorTelling me that they'll tell you the same thingI had to say I was recording the call (which I was not because I know that's not legal) and she completely flipped on meFinally, I asked again, "then can I please speak to a supervisor"After more minutes on hold she comes back to tell me her supervisor is busy and she doesn't know when she will contact meAre you kidding? I've wasted over two hours on the phone trying to contact someone from your office and I finally do and they're the rudest CSR I've EVER spoken toI just need my money back because I will not be using your site, especially after my terrible experience this afternoonIf someone can please contact me to help me, it would be so appreciatedNo one has EVER called me backBeen over two weeks

I am rejecting this response because:
The issue has still yet to be resolved Living social failed to mention that the two vouchers I purchased from their site should cover for the cost of two classes Instead the two vouchers I paid for only covered one class fully, and only covered a partial cost for the second class Please note both classes were exactly the same in terms of the type of class and its cost I have a receipt that clearly states in black and white that the two vouchers that I paid in full for from living social did not completely cover for the cost of the two classes I had registered for I understand that taxes and gratuity are separate and should be noted clearly in the receipt and it was not To this day, Livingsocial has only credited me with half the extra cost I had to pay in order to register for these two classes, in the form of a credit as "deal bucks." Meaning, the money will be reinvested in a company that doesn't support their customers or the products they choose to sell on their site Quite honestly, I'd like to have a full refund back to my credit card and not have to deal with this company ever again

It is untrueI have called *** *** every week asking if there is an available weekend I can use my voucherEvery single week they tell me noIf Living Social is able to book me a weekend I'm happy to go any weekendBut, I have been met with a resounding "no" every time I have triedLiving Social has said that the "paid amount" can be used and that is the reason for the denial of my refundBut, the voucher was for a Friday and SaturdayThe regular price is twice the amount of the voucher and there is a several day minimumNot to mention they claim to have no weekend availability until October
