[redacted] has a very special order, a sliding glass door with grids that also have transom windows above with grids that have to line up with the grids on the sliding glass doorWhen the first service order was placed, we used the order number for the transom glass packs that were received correctly back in When we received from the manufacturer and went to the client’s home, the grids did not line upThe manufacturer is specially aligning the grids on [redacted] ***'s orderEvery step of the way, we have talked to [redacted] and explained the specialty of his project[redacted] called last week, and we did a 3-way call with the manufacturerThe order is being processed and we expect it within weeksWe called this morning and spoke with the manufacturerThey are in the process of aligning the grids per our instructionsWe are hoping the order will arrive on next week’s truck as we were told last weekWe have our full attention on this matter and are handling it as quickly as possibleAll my best, Katie [email protected]

I am rejecting this response because:The company has not repaired the defective window to this dateIt has now been over months since I requested repairs under the warrantyThe company tried to replace the defective window for the second time with a window that did not align with the other windows along side it on August Long Home took the window back to order a new windowI have called Long Home twice since then and they will not provide a date of if or when the window will be replacedWhy has it taken over months to get this issue resolved with this company? I want Long Home to actually get a replacement window for my home and I don't want to wait another months for this to happenI feel this company is totally incompetent and would not recommend buying any service from them

Is my interpretation correct?"This means you have months deferment period along with 0% financing during the deferment periodThis is not two consecutive yearsOtherwise it would state, Month deferment and months of 0% interestThis is not the case as we do not have a plan that offers this. I'm very disappointed in this company I had a roof estimate on September with a representative from the Beltsville MD officeIt was a great estimate/visit that turned BAD It was conveyed to me in such a simple fashion, that I had days to cancel with no problem.................the written check for my deposit will be discarded This is not what happenI had continuous contact (via cell phone texting) with the rep from Thursday September 29th until Friday September 30th and he was aware of me cancelling as well as me stating it on Friday September 30th AGAIN that I ABSOLUTELY had to cancel My check was deposited and I have been told by their Finance Company - Beltsville MD Office that I have to wait days before I get a refund.....................BAD BUSINESSThis should have NEVER happen Per the young lady in the Finance department - Beltsville Office, the representative never told them that I was cancellingThis is not acceptableVERY DISAPPOINTED!!
