1/4/Update: I received a package from Lotus Leggings todayHowever, they sent me a wrong pair of LeggingsI ordered a pair of Droid Leggings, and they sent me Galaxy Far Far Away LeggingsIt is a Star Wars themes Leggings (both pairs), so I wasn't initially that disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted, but the Leggings didn't really fit meWhen choosing a size, I carefully looked at the chart, and chose a medium size with waist 30, hip and thigh (all in inches)I usually wear jeans, pants and skirts size 4-6, so I figured that based on these measurements size medium would be a good fitWRONG!I can barely get these Leggings on! They are so tight, it is not even funnySo not only did they send me the wrong Leggings, their sizing is not correct based upon their chart on their siteI'd be more than happy to return their Leggings to them for full refund, but only if they pay for shipping, since they sent me the wrong productOtherwise, I will initiate a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back

I absolutely did give this company tracking number, which they did not require at the time of the refund via their return policy t that time, I have many screenshotsYou were definitely not prompt, as you ignored emails for weeks on end and blocked me from social media to avoid any public negativity of responsibilityThere was no number to even contact a human on, so I had to wait weeks at a time hoping for an answerThis case has been opened for over a month so that is how "prompt" you areOf course I received a refund, I should have because I followed instructions completely correct and waited months for a company that skirted around emails and tried to find loopholesThey have clearly changed their return policy since, but I 1000000% did give them a tracking number that I luckily hadI have my money back and I am happy about that, but I was still given a subpar product and treated badly as a customer, as you can see by their lack of knowing my actual name and defensive nature/blaming meI am positive I am not the only person who had issues with this company, but I could possibly be the only one who sought out a refund when there was no end in site after trying to wait it out for months with their "prompt customer service team" who mainly spends their free time deleting any negative comments off of social media and blocking peopleThanks for the refund, I will never bother you againI would attach screenshots of your old return policy if it would let me at this step, and attach my own shipping confirmation that I included to show that everything arrived there safe and sound at the end of April and I sent an inquiry in JUNE that took weeks to take care of (rudely) and then finally responded to this in July over a month laterSo yeah, great customer service and so prompt

How is this fair? I waited forever to get my product, contacted you and you said it was "on it's way", still never received anything so contacted TWICE more about a refund that you said you would give me when you knew when my purchase was made, you had my order numberI don't want your store credit, I'm not using your site ever again!
