supporting documentation with photos was sent on September 24th, one day after receipt of the orderThe automatic rely from the company came through, but I never received an email with instructions or return/ refund information from the company
I sent three additional emails asking for followup and did not receive a reply to any of them

I am rejecting this response because:
This company sent me the wrong item TWICE in it's attempt to fill my order The refund that they gave me was not a full refund They charged me a $restocking fee, for an item I DID NOT ORDER I ordered a specific item, in a specific color, and they sent the wrong color I contacted the company to request a return shipping label and they told me to keep the WRONG item as a GIFT and that they would send the correct item The second shipment AGAIN was wrong, and that is when I asked AGAIN for a return shipping label, and that I receive a full refund and that they should cancel my order.AGAIN the said to keep the wrong item and they would send the correct item This is a nightmare, and if you are look at their history, they have a pattern of sending the wrong item, or not sending anything at all.I want my $refunded to me I refuse to pay a restocking fee for THEIR shipping error!!!!!I originally paid $and they are illegally keeping $for THEIR ERROR!!!!!! I placed this order in early April and it is now nearly June and I still don't have what I ordered

I do not have picturesI have sent back the itemsThey have already recieved the items and should be able to check the bad qualityNo restocking for these productsThe quality is just really badThey should pay for the returning and at least not charge for restockingI would have kept the products if they had been even close to the pictures they have on their web pages
