this company is a great company with over 700k items shipped. I understand that your order has issues but we have had a tremendous amount of orders and sometimes one or two orders slip. sometimes its the courier fault. sometimes its factory. we...

I wish to close this complaint but to be clear I do not accept that response. We tried to contact this company over 3 different mediums (facebook, instagram, email) They delete any negative comments on facebook and don't respond to messages, instagram they just tell you to email them, and email they do not respond.
I raised a complaint with PayPal and got a refund which is why the complaint can be closed, but this complaint should be a record of their terrible customer service.

All they responded with was an email stating that I received the right leggings. No response on how to exchange the leggings like I had asked because they screwed up and gave me no tags... It just seemed as though they never even read my emails. I am very unhappy about this. I will never get anything from this company again. It is very clear they do not care about their customers at all.

I am rejecting this response because:I can't send them a picture of anything.  The free pair of pants came in a small bag with no paperwork, just the pants.  I threw the bag away.  It was just a bag.  How was I to know it was important?  The information that comes with delivered goods is what I keep and that is what is traditionally important, therefor I keep it.  So no picture.  Surely they have records of what they have printed.  They can look it up themselves.
