I am rejecting this response because: I received this email from Lotus Leggings days agoI also responded to them days ago on January 30, They say they have refunded me and asked me to contact them, which I did, if there is a problemI contacted them and told them that I have since changed banks and no longer have the same bank account or debit card as I did when I made the purchaseI asked them to please respond and tell me what they need from me to get my refund in the correct accountOf course, they have not respondedTherefore since they still wont communicate with me or work with me to get me a refund, I am rejecting their response [redacted] Order # [redacted]
