I wish to close this complaint but to be clear I do not accept that responseWe tried to contact this company over different mediums (facebook, instagram, email) They delete any negative comments on facebook and don't respond to messages, instagram they just tell you to email them, and email they do not respond I raised a complaint with PayPal and got a refund which is why the complaint can be closed, but this complaint should be a record of their terrible customer service

I sent the pictures to your business Janurary 7th, and I ALSO posted them onto your facebook pageWHICH YOUR BUSINESS deleted my comments and blocked my from the pageThe leggings I got are definitely not a small, I ordered pairs of leggings and these are definetly a LARGEIf this certain size fits diffrently why is that not posted in the sizing section where it states that all leggings fit "true to size?" that is advertising One more, I have reached out to your facebook page with images and my issues which have all been deleted by your "hours support staff" and they have blocked me from further commenting or even messaging your facebook pageAnd I have sent TONS of emails and umages to your support page alreadyYou are not reading my complaint over here with a clear mind or reading it at all maybe? This is very unacceptable, I cannot reach out to your facebook pageAND IT WOULD HELP if you replied to my emails, which you obviously haven't which is why I am complaning here ALSO, a lot of other people on the facebook page had replied to my comments when I was able to comment telling me they were having the same issue with the company and it seems like more people have complained through here as they have had no other optionThis seems like a continious issue with LOTUS LEGGINGS and its not acceptable at all Please read this carefully before you respond again as I will be taking other actions if this I not solved

Can you tell me when I will get this refund? It's been 1/weeks since you said I would get a refund but I have yet to see a refundI tried emailing you and whoever responded told me the process for an order to be shipped (my email referenced my Revdex.com case # and I copied your Revdex.com response in my email asking about the refund)Clearly no one reads emails to respond accurately (I responded back clarifying what I was asking and then of course never got any response)
