I don't accept because it seems that my order only got any traction AFTER I filed my claimI tried to email customer support team, and I would never get any information that was specific to MY ORDERI would only (when I would get a reply) get a generic information regarding processing and shipping termsNO ONE would ever give me an update on my specific orderThe company has refused to answer my questions on Facebook - why is that? Why do you treat customers like that if you are a legitimate company? And why do you only get tracking info within 5-days after shipping? I should get it within 5-business days unless the product is coming directly from China, so you're probably not telling consumers that These are the reasons I'm not accepting your response and I don't wish to waste any more time with your company

Since I filed my complaint and your first response, I have sent numerous emails to youNO RESPONSEI have also posted messages on your Instagram page, and NO RESPONSE and then they are mysteriously deletedGood thing I am now taking screenshots, so it just helps with my complaint about how this company took (read: STOLE) my money and now are completely dancing around the subject of where my tracking number is If you have the time to respond to a Revdex.com complaint, you have time to respond to an email I work in international logisticsIf I have the capability to track containers at any given time from all over the world moving to various locations in the United States, it's completely baffling to me that you can't respond to an email address with tracking information for LEGGINGS You should already have my email address from the 10+ emails I've sentWhy don't you feel free to reach out to me (and no, they aren't going to my junk email otherwise, how could I have possibly received the email that they were sent out) So far, you have only offered up excuses and not once apologized to me for this disaster of an experience or tried to actually make the situation right If you want this issue to be resolved, give me a tracking number and proof that you sent out something I paid for Honestly, you are a huge disappointment as a companyI don't know why half of your products go out without a problem and then those that don't are ignored or swept under the tableYou need to handle ALL of your shipments and customers respectfully

I am rejecting this response because: I don't see why, as a small business, you can't issue a check to me in the amount of money you took from meThe fact that you never set my package is not the biggest issue I understand that things like this can happen, and as long as they are rectified, I'm totally fine with that The fact of the matter is, you charged me without shipping my items, then your poor customer service resulted in the delay for my refund If this had been my fault at all, I would take the gift card and walk away, but it isn't I expect your company to do everything in it's power you give me a full refund because that's the way thks kind of thing works I no longer want anything from your website, not just because I don't trust you, but also because, as I said these were supposed to be a gift which is now a moot pointI knew all the money goes to the same account, there is absolutely no reason your company shouldn't be able to write a check from that and send it back to me, or call the credit card company and see if there is any way they can help you refund the money to my card because you messed up so badly [redacted]
