I have tried to reach out via facebook, email, and I would have tried the phone too but there is no one to call. I keep getting the run around from everyone I've come into contact with. The first time I talked with a staff member, they said there was a factory fire and I would be emailed an update on my order. NEVER received that. I emailed first to see what was going on with it, NO response. Second time I reached out on Facebook was to try and get a refund. I was told someone from a different department would reach out. NO one did. I have read COUNTLESS reviews about how cheaply made your products are and I am not even interested in receiving the 2 leggings I ordered. It's been 4 months since I ordered the leggings, and I have been trying to get a refund for about 2 months. It's only around $30 to credit back to my card. With the volume of money you steal from people on a daily basis by advertising using stock photos on Facebook to trick women into thinking they are getting a great deal, IF THEY RECEIVE THE CLOTHES AT ALL. But I digress, again, the only way to remedy this situation is to refund my money.
