response because:
I would like the tracking number then if my order is supposedly already out in transit - that's the least they could do. I also think that they need to be responsible for the fact that they would not respond to me AT ALL regarding customer service and then BLOCKING me on social media! Obviously they were purposely trying to avoid answering to me. So I expect my product but a refund and/or a code to get leggings of my choice on them. THEY NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE AND COMPENSATE FOR ALL OF THIS

I am rejecting this response because:
I've already returned almost $200 in merchandise, as well as sent the requested info. I no longer have the email or receipt to reproduce them. I have no merchandise and I have no refund. It's not my fault that you decentralise your shipping from your receiving operations and haven't put any fail said mechanisms in place to protect your customers or to even be able to look up orders when you receive them by order number. It's sad, It's horrible business, and honestly it's theft. No company I've ever dealt with has needed more than an order number or packing slip to process returns. I've sent you everything you've asked for. Just ship my order or give me my money back!

I am rejecting this response because:
This has been going on for almost a year. My size is XL. Please do not ever ask me again if I would like to go a size larger. I want notification when these leggings ship and a tracking number. Either send the leggings or refund me. Stop stringing this along. Please also stop trying to word your responses as though I did something wrong. No wonder you have an F rating with Revdex.com.

As of 11-17-16 I have received no response or resolution from this company on my issue with them.It has become very frustrating, they have however managed to flood my e-mail with "buy more of our products" "use this coupon" messeges. But not one e-mail regarding their error with my order.

I have sent Revdex.com all screenshots of conversations and all detailed info. I have gone back to my email and attached a screenshot of the email I have sent Lotus Leggings back in January. Every email I received from them asked for the order number and tracking number and I have replied every time with that info. It seems like they don't have an organized system for communication.

We try our best to answer all inquiries/complaints on a timely manner but some message get lost in the mail on rare occasions. Please let us know if you have already received your replacement leggings if not we would like to request a photos of the damaged product that you received and so we can process a replacement. I am rejecting this response because:
I received this email from Lotus Leggings 3 days ago. I also responded to them 3 days ago on January 30, 2017.  They say they have refunded me and asked me to contact them, which I did, if there is a problem. I contacted them and told them that I have since changed banks and no longer have the same bank account or debit card as I did when I made the purchase. I asked them to please respond and tell me what they need from me to get my refund in the correct account. Of course, they have not responded. Therefore since they still wont communicate with me or work with me to get me a refund, I am rejecting their response. [redacted] Order #[redacted]
