I am rejecting this response because:
It's not true. They sent me an email saying the same thing but no credit toward my account has been made. It has been over 24 hours since I received the email claiming they refunded my account and there is no evidence that they have actually made any attempt to do so. They think they can just send me an email but never actually give me a refund. It's ludicrous.

Because my issue has been that no one responds to their online complaint form or their [redacted]@lotusleggings.com email, I do not want to send another email that I will never receive a response to. After several attempts to contact Lotus Leggings with no answer, I just received the product today and I received items I didn't ask for in my order and at very low quality.I would like to know how can I send back this order and get a full refund since I am not satisfied. Not with the customer support, not with the product itself.

Since my response to the seller,I have been provided with a tracking # but it will be qeks before I will see my merchandise. Apparently, as I started to suspect this company is nothing but a "store front". They have no inventory on premises, and via their colorful website they take orders, charge customer's credit cards immediately upon placing an order, and then they commenced their business which takes weeks and weeks, if customers are lucky to receive anything. The processing of such merchandise is done remotely because their inventory is located in China. Then, when they finally decide they might want to fulfill that order, it finally gets shipped to the US to their customer's address,which obviously takes weeks, and course on the website they say shipping takes 1-4 weeks, however they never say that the order comes from China, so the customers are never aware of that until the order is placed and shipped.
In addition, they have extremely poor customer service that only once someone files a complaint, then they start dealing with that customer. Prior to that,they would not properly respond to any of the emails asking them about status of the order. When asking them of the same of Facebook, They've ignored the customer or in cases of customer complaints, They've simply deleted messages and blocked those customers instead of addressing their concerns.
This is my interpretation of Lotus Leggings based on my experience. I hope this additional info helps while you're waiting for their response.

I notice they are asking for a name to make the check out to, even though they have my name in the email..... I won't hold my breath for this check.
