this company is a great company with over 700k items shipped. I understand that your order has issues but we have had a tremendous amount of orders and sometimes one or two orders slip. sometimes its the courier fault. sometimes its factory. we...

Obviously you did not read my complaint. I am blocked further from commenting on your facebook page because you have blocked me from commenting on it, as I was reaching out for help and you do not want others to see negative reviews about your business. A few of us have been blocked for reaching out to you on facebook and messages wont work either. All my comments and reaching out for help even on your posts were deleting by whoever is managing your facebook. My friends also reached out for me on your facebook and no one replied.
As stated before and I copied and pasted all the emails too. I have emailed that exact email you are talking about over 5 times for the past month and a half now and no response.
This does not solve my issue with the company - which is why I am reaching out here. Understandable that you are busy and you have a lot of orders to deal with, but deleting someones comments of of facebook instead of replying with a helpful reply to get my issue resolved is a part of costumer service. Also my emails have been ignored for over a month and still no response - ignoring those emails is also your choice and I refuse to keep putting time into being ignored on social media and through email with your company.
So sorry, this response I cannot accept as clearly my issues have been read by your staff and have just been deleted/ignored.

I see your issues here. have you checked your spam folder and your email again for responses. I have notified support of your issue and please contact again letting us know but we have record that sizes shipped are correct. mermaid has slightly different material for scales. all the leggings sent related to your order were correct sizes. if you took pictures and sent them to us we can look at them and see what your issue is and then come to best solution possible to make you happy or full refund.

Again you did not read my complaint from the beginning. NO RESPONSES WHAT SO EVER HAVE BE SENT TO ME!! I sent the pictures to your business Janurary 7th, and I ALSO posted them onto your facebook page... WHICH YOUR BUSINESS deleted my comments and blocked my from the page. The leggings I got are definitely not a small, I ordered 5 pairs of leggings and these are definetly a LARGE. If this certain size fits diffrently why is that not posted in the sizing section where it states that all leggings fit "true to size?" that is false advertising.
One more, I have reached out to your facebook page with images and my issues which have all been deleted by your "24 hours support staff" and they have blocked me from further commenting or even messaging your facebook page. And I have sent TONS of emails and umages to your support page already. You are not reading my complaint over here with a clear mind or reading it at all maybe? This is very unacceptable, I cannot reach out to your facebook page... AND IT WOULD HELP if you replied to my emails, which you obviously haven't which is why I am complaning here.
ALSO, a lot of other people on the facebook page had replied to my comments when I was able to comment telling me they were having the same issue with the company and it seems like more people have complained through here as they have had no other option. This seems like a continious issue with LOTUS LEGGINGS and its not acceptable at all.

Not being able to answer you right away was definitely our fault which is why the second representative you talked to said that you don’t need to send it back.  And since you have already sent it back.
