They issued a refund for the returned leggings. There is no need to followup with this complaint although I will certainly never buy anything from them again.

The thing is, if we accidentally send you the wrong size, yes we will be sending you a replacement and you don’t need to return the wrong...

one. However in your case the order placed and was forwarded to our supplier was actually small and we sent a small that is why we asked for you to return it. And yes I understand that you contacted us right away and we apologize if we are unable to check it right away. Not being able to answer you right away was definitely our fault which is why the second representative you talked to said that you don’t need to send it back.  And since you have already sent it back. Here is what we can do for you. We will replace your leggings with the correct size and give you a free one to compensate all the hassle you have been through. I am rejecting this response because:
I still haven't gotten a refund from them (not that I'm surprised as it feels like it's all a game to them since this started over a year ago). It's been about 7 1/2 weeks since I accepted their proposed resolution of the refund. I'm moving in a little over a week (mail will be forwarded though). I'm over dealing with this and the company and at the same time still want them to actually have to take ownership of their terrible service and products. Please know that I responded to Lotus Leggings (the company I've filed a complaint with) on 5/30/17 after receiving notification from them on that same date that a tracking number for my requested replacement would be sent to me in a "few days".  It has been 8 eight days and I still haven't received a tracking number.    I originally ordered these leggings in November 2016.  This is just ridiculous.    -[redacted]
