I am rejecting this response because:
Please know that I responded to Lotus Leggings (the company I've filed a complaint with) on 5/30/17 after receiving notification from them on that same date that a tracking number for my requested replacement would be sent to me in a "few days".  It has been 8 eight days and I still haven't received a tracking number.    I originally ordered these leggings in November 2016.  This is just ridiculous.    -[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I still haven't gotten a refund from them (not that I'm surprised as it feels like it's all a game to them since this started over a year ago). It's been about 7 1/2 weeks since I accepted their proposed resolution of the refund. I'm moving in a little over a week (mail will be forwarded though). I'm over dealing with this and the company and at the same time still want them to actually have to take ownership of their terrible service and products. I am rejecting this response because:
I know the items said delivered but they were not received by me. I called USPS and I called the courier as well. They said Lotus should issue a refund or send the leggings out. I'm leaving next Tuesday night and wanted to give these as a gift to my friend next week. I'm upset with the lack of customer service from Lotus' end.
