To whom it may concern, I am writing to see what recourse I still have regarding this caseYour web site said that you consider this case closed but Lotus Leggings has not yet sent me the refund they indicated they would in their message dated 6/21/I responded to their communication on 6/22/that I would accept a full refund from them; which was over two weeks ago

I am rejecting this response because: while you note that my refund was shorted because of the BOGO sale you had, I never received my BOGO pairs I only received the pair I paid for & never received the free pair for each pair paid for as previously stated I feel like your response, while professional, did not actually address the problems I had with the order I was shorted half my order and it was never shipped out and then sizing is completely inaccurateI believe I should have been provided a full refund including shipping since my entire order was wrong at no fault of my own

The company actually refunded the moneyI really do not remember when, I know it was around March of this yearI had disputed the charge with the credit card company but the business actually refunded it before the credit card companyMy original purchase was in early December/Late November of The company - at least from my experience - had a bad habit of just copy and pasting generic responses to inquiries or completely ignoring themOriginally I was told that they were trying to figure out what happened with the order, then I got a blanket email - one that was sent to many customers - about the company having issues with shipping and that my order and a number of others would be lateThen I was told that the order was lost or couldn't be fulfilled because of a sizing issueAt this point though my business with them is done and I won't do that again, I just wish that in the future other consumers might be aware of potentially what is going to happen with them if they try to do business with this companyIt was a nightmare

After already trying to email them with the last response I gave facebook a tryThey took my email but still never got an email from them to gix my problemI am sick of the answers that are given by this company as they have nothing to do with helping me resolve my issue and get my money back! I am giving them no more chances and continuing through this path untill they finally answer the original question I had for them of waving the restocking fee and allowing me to return the leggings as I do not want to be in any products from this companySaying how many orders they have is irreleivent if they cannot fix ine that has to go to these means to get it sorted and it can still not be fixed because the company will not respond after telling me to contact them!

The response is not acceptable, I placed the request to cancel the order on the 18th of FebruaryI was told on March 1st that my order could not be cancelled because it had already shippedI did not receive the actual shipping confirmation until March 4th three days later. Lotus leggings has yet to respond to any of my four emails to their customer service email addressThey only responded to me on Facebook after I told them I was filing a complaint.the only way for me to return an order I tried on several occasions and weeks before the package actually shipped to cancel is to pay return shipping, this is unacceptable as I did place the cancellation request in plenty of time.lotus leggings stats that their FAQ PAGE states 1-weeks when in fact it says 1-days for processing prior to shipping and 1-weeks following order confirmationHowever they fail to mention this when placing the order, I have never had an issue with a company not providing status updatesWhen I realized I hadn't gotten on I tried to check my order online, however there was no updateThat is when I checked their FAQ page and then requested my order to be cancelled. lotus leggings also billed my card on the 12th of February, almost immediately after I placed my order but didn't ship it for several weeks after and has not responded to my emails
