This is the worst company ever! Warning!!! Do not purchase from themThey have rude customer service agents that yell and get out of control and disconnect the calls on purposeI called to cancel my order because after it was placed I found some reviews about how they charge you the full price even if you didn't get the day trialI'm glad I did because it was advertising, you don't get days to try the product, you get days from the time the order is placed to cancel, so in reality, you get about one day to try it and if you don't call to cancel and send it back within the days, you get charged!!! I just called and they said I placed the order on 5/so it needs to be returned by 6/if I don't want to get charged the full price of $It's already 6/and I still haven't received the productThis means I won't even have time to try it and I need to ship it back AND pay the return shipping costsSo, I'm paying $+ $+ return shipping costs all for NOTHINGBottom line...I'm paying about $for absolutely nothingPlease read this, if this can help at least one person save the frustration and anger I'm going through right now, I have done my jobLumare is a fraud, I can't believe nobody has shut down this business yetOh wait, I forgot! They also add things into your cart and if you don't want it, you need to click a button that says "NO THANKS" or you get charged for that as wellI got a lip plumper for $17, which I never wanted...so disappointingI hope this company gets shut down, it's such a shame that they are scamming so many people and getting away with it

I also fell victim to the deceptive practices of this company although they have added an additional twist of no returnsI ordered the trial product and agreed to shipping costs of $for the skin serum and $for the eye creamThen, on 9/5/15, was charged $for the eye cream and $for the serumI called today and had to call two different numbersFor the eye cream, I was told I could not return the product and they could only offer a 35% refundI called the other number about the serum and was told I could not return the product and all he could do was offer me a discount on future productsI had to tell him the sister company was offering a 35% refundHe then put me on hold, checked with someone and was then able to offer the 35% refund as wellIn my opinion, their practices were misleading

the product did nothing but make my skin dryer, even my eyelids were dry ! I And it even burned after a few days when I put it on! I threw it out! I ordered two samples, paid for postage and then had two other charges on my credit car for $and $89.71, under two different names ! I did not order anything else and samples were free! Beware consumers! It's a scam! Make sure you double check your credit card bill! Luckily I got mine removed! Live and learn!
