I purchased the trial and it didn't agree with my skin and before I could call and cancel I was charged approx $and they sent more When I called to return the product for a refund they said they don't accept returned products, don't give refunds on unwanted products and I should have read the disclaimer more carefully before checking the box Then when trying to cancel I could only cancel one product and had to call a different number to cancel the other My cancellation are digit apart so I'm sure the different people I talked to were in the same office and in the same system This company/product is nothing but rip off

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI ordered on the 11th of August and canceled on the 21st of
August. I am not sure why the second
item was not canceled on that day too.
It was canceled on the 25th of August.
The 21st is days from the order date and fewer from the actual
delivery date and start of trying the product.
What happened to the day that they advertised? That is unsatisfactory. It appears that this companies definition of
free trial has nothing to do with an actual free trial.

This product, is sold with the serum, in the advertisement, I called and cancelled, with the number on the invoice, a month ago, product was to expensive, I now received another Lumare eye cream, called to let them know I cancelled, was informed I have to call ANOTHER NUMBER TO CANCELL there productThis is a scam, you sell the product together, it should be cancelled, the same, or told at the first phone call, to call anotherI'am a cancer patient, wanting to trying, a new product to feel better, didn't realize the costWould like my $refunded

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have not received the product to return to the business. Lumare Skim advised I had days from date of order - August 22, - to cancel my order, which would be September 5th 2015. Lumare will not let me cancel this order until it is received, and if I do not cancel it within the day trial period they will charge me full price - not the free trial rate.
I do not want their product or to be enrolled at a monthly $rate for anything Lumare Skin has to order.
What are my next steps?

This is a scam posted to Facebook to take advantage of people You want to try a skin care product based on all the favorable Facebook reviews You agree to pay the $shipping & handling fee of which you must enter your credit card information to pay for the shipping & handling I am always wary of promotional advertisements such as this so I went out of my way to read all the fine print, so that I would understand exactly what I was agreeing to No where did it indicate that I was enrolling in a monthly subscription When the charges started hitting my credit card, I immediately called the 1-customer service line, of which I was given the run around, the customer service rep read their script and didn't even listen to my concerns or my problem Then when I asked to see the "fine print" statement in writing that I agreed to, I got hung up on This is a scam to take advantage of people!

I seen an ad for this companys product and decided to try the "FREE" trial and only pay shipping My shipping invoice said $4.95, When I looked at my bank account I was charged $ I tried to call the phone number on my bank account and got a fast busy signalI talked to my bank and found out this is set up as a recurring charge I finally searched and searched and found another number for them I called and was told the "FREE" trial is only a day trial and then you are chargedI was asked if I had tried the product and I told him YesHe asked how I liked it, I told him it was no better than the Oil of Olay I buy for $ He asked if I was interested in any of their other products and I told him NO, I did not want any of their stuff, this was nothing but a fraud At that point I was instantly put on hold and then the call disconnected I looked and got an email from them that it was cancelledI am going to send the stuff back I feel I should get a refund I will try to call back after work and see what they say, but this company is very shady No one should try their stuf! I live in West Virginia so it took a while for me to get it, and evidently that time was counted in my FREE trial
