I do not agree with the explanation that was given with the company's response about how they do business. Their "within 14 days" policy starts the day the product ships not a few days after a person receives it. In addition 14 days should be 14 days not 13. And there is no reason to have rude csr's when they know taking that job would include customers like me being already besides themselves of almost $200 being taken out of their bank acct on the 14th day. I feel some opportunities are here to have better customer service and improve company image, etc. All the company has to do is google their company name and see how many people are disagreeing with their business practice and reputation.

I purchase facial skin care products from Lumare while watching T.V. what I saw was you had to paid for shipping of the Serum and face cream. I was charge for both products at $5.95 apiece which both came together in the same box. Receiving this package was the two items and an invoice showing what I got. The problem is I was charge for these items at $99.01 and $98.07 with no indication from what I received on the invoice of a 14 day trail. I did not see any information on T.V. saying you had to call to cancel or ask for more time to use these products. I've call to get my money back it's fallen on deaf ears. I'M pass Pissed at this point dealing with a so called company that can take your hard earn money and said its your problem if you did not read the fine print on the T.V. commercial. I need my money back and need help getting it.

We would like to inform you that you ordered for a trial products on July 12, 2015 from our website and as per T&C your next recurring date was July 26, 2015 but we did not taken any amount from your account and we charged you for your trial shipment on July 31, 2015.On that date we did not receive any call or email from your side for cancellation or about any kind of information.

The resolution on one of the products I received is satisfactory.  However, I ordered and received 2 products. I tried to reply to [redacted] by email and my response was denied.  From my first phone call to Lumare the company has somehow on record two separate accounts for me. I called when my email was denied and for the 3rd time was told I only have one account, after again explaining I ordered two products, received 2 separate packages on the same day with 2 separate packing slips, was charged $89.71 two times on my credit card and told in the email response from [redacted] that I only ordered one product the representative found the 2nd account and will credit the remaining $21.77 to me, I hope!!

They took me for 200.00, they claim the fine print described the terms and conditions. It looks like many other people have been taken by this company, word to the wise do not buy anything form this company, the product is horrible too!
