the product did nothing but make my skin dryer, even my eyelids were dry ! I And it even burned after a few days when I put it on! I threw it out! I ordered two samples, paid for postage and then had two other charges on my credit car for
$89.77 and $89.71, under two different names ! I did not order anything else and samples were free! Beware consumers! It's a scam! Make sure you double check your credit card bill! Luckily I got mine removed! Live and learn!

Thank you for your response and I hope we can resolve this issue ASAP... 
I would like to first reiterate my main complaint and it was that I was DECEIVED into the trial. Your original online advertisements on 11/27/14, with images and articles of [redacted], [redacted] and numerous positive reviews, no longer exists shortly after; it was that lead me to sign up for trials. I believed because of your original deceptive product representations, it invalidates the complete terms and conditions of the trial that I agreed to. Therefore, the entire transaction is voidable. 
Secondly, the numerous online posts of other consumers with similar experiences and complaints of the misleading "FREE 30 day supply TRIAL", the hidden small prints under terms and conditions of "14 day cancellation policy from SIGN-UP otherwise subject to full price charge" and the "UNAVAILABLE" customer service resources for cancellation/return/billings are also questionable practices... Please see Federal Trade Commissioner link below for full consumer guidance; as so it clearly stated that "written disclosures or fine print may be insufficient to correct a misleading representations" in this case... https://www.ftc.gov/public-statements/1983/10/ftc-policy-statement-dece... /> As with the return products, unfortunately, I misplaced the MUST HAVE authorization numbers given on 1/5/15 and I tried contacting your office several times. When I finally reached someone on the phone, I was told that she "will not provide me those RMA numbers again and there's no reason to talk to her or anyone else since I placed a dispute with my credit card company". As previously stated, I still have and I am ready and willing to return the "almost full" trial products on 12/11/14 and the "unopened" shipments on 12/27/14. Now that I have your RMA numbers, I will personally deliver to your Santa Ana office this week, during business hours of 10am-5pm, in order to obtain your acknowledgments of receipts. As for matter of records, I was aware that I can cancel anytime, but was never told of "30 day" return requirement when I placed the cancellation call. Again, since I never received any email order notifications or packaging slips with products, I never receive any written notice or disclosure of said requirement.
I just contacted my credit card company again to better understand the chargeback and correct procedures in handling this matter. I will await for their "pending" chargeback and I hope this reply will reach you at your support center.

I purchased the trial and it didn't agree with my skin and before I could call and cancel I was charged approx $185 and they sent more. When I called to return the product for a refund they said they don't accept returned products, don't give refunds on unwanted products and I should have read the disclaimer more carefully before checking the box. Then when trying to cancel I could only cancel one product and had to call a different number to cancel the other. My cancellation are 1 digit apart so I'm sure the 2 different people I talked to were in the same office and in the same system. This company/product is nothing but rip off.

I had ordered the Lumare skin for the free trial .I paid for the shipping and handling. They continued to send the serum to me at $100.00 a bottle which was never full. I lost my job in December so I called to cancel The guy said they would stop my order for 2 months. I said fine until I find another job. I still had 2 bottles I hadent opened. Then I opened one of the sealed bottels and it was empty. I called the customer service and told them they did send me another bottel. The main thing with me was I wasent seeing any results and I saw the first ingredient was water thats not good ive bought serums b4 and some had no water in it. So I just called today to cancell and I had no problems with the lady she cancelled my order. Alsi my bank told me if I had any problems with them they could help me. I would never order anything with a credit card they will not help u. But if u use your debit card your bank can help you with any issues on taking your $. So now ill wait and see if they did cancell it.I hope so

We did not received any call or email for cancellation from your side within trial period get over or after 14 days of trial period completed.
As per our mutual conversation We have issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number [redacted] and [redacted] to you for Order ID [redacted] and [redacted] on Date June 30, 2015. The RMA number authorizes you to return your unwanted product for a refund. Please keep in mind that refunds cannot be issued until the returned product has been received.
Please write the RMA number on the outside of your package.We suggest that you send the package using a traceable carrier that can provide tracking information and/or proof of delivery (keep a copy of the receipt). We can’t be responsible for non-delivery or loss by the carrier. For product return you have 30 days time and you have to send that product within time frame as per our T&C.

Their ad is very deceptive. You think that you are paying for the trial that you are getting, Then after two weeks from the order date they charge you $89.71 each for the eye cream and for the serum. When I called to say that I had not authorized these charges, I was told too bad, that it was in the terms of use, that since I had not called back before 2 weeks from my order date, that it was a legitimate charge. I knew I had read through the whole ad before buying and I told him there was nothing about these charges on the pages I'd read. He said that I would not have been able to order without reading the Terms of Use that told about this.But that is not true. It never came up on my screen anything about the charges. After getting off the phone with them, with very unsatisfied results I might add, I went back to the website I had ordered from and again saw nothing about these charges anywhere. On the bottom of the last page, there is in very small writing, Terms of Use that you can click on, but you have to purpose to click on it. So beware!! Unless you want to pay 8.95 for the shipping of the trial products and then $179.48 for the privilege of trying them after 2 weeks, don't do business with this company. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company. Hopefully I will get the credit for the 179.48 that they have charged me.
