I tried cancelling a card minutes after I purchased it when I saw that it could take 24-hours to arrive and I intended to use it for a sale that ended that same dayI immediately contacted Cardpool but they didn't get back to me for over hoursThey said there was nothing they could do to help me since it had already been sent to the processing departmentI sent a few emails back and forth and it seemed like they were just unwilling to do anything, not unableI bought a gift card online that same day from GiftCard Zen and it was soooo much betterI'm never going through CardPool again

My spouse and I had some old gas cards (4, $each and totalling $together) from when he changed stations, and we decided to sell them to Cardpool for around $We sent them on 4/23/using their prepaid label, and the order has been "in review" for a week nowTheir website states multiple times that upon receipt of the cards, you will get your *** credit within one business dayThere is no way to reach them other than by email, and I've sent three with no response in the "1-days" turnaround that they promiseThey also take your card information in case they determine fraud in the sale, so now we have to cancel our debit cards because we are afraid they will steal money from our bank account tooIt's hard to think that our account info can be secure, when the company itself is misleading and ignores you after taking your gift cards! We want all the gift cards back or the *** credit within hours, and will never do business there again! It was worth the couple ho

I ordered a $gift card from the company and the card was inactive(I sent them a copy of the clip showing it was not activated) After trying to reach someone there and receiving no response, I purchased another gift card elsewhereThey have now activated the card, but they refuse to refund my money now that I don't need it and can't afford to have paid for both gift cardsTheir return policy states that the cards will be activeI want my $back

Cardpool listed $gift cards for *** *** for a 35% discount I knew it sounded to good to be true, but I bought all seven gift cards on June 27th because of the year guarantee I went to use the cards and four of them were invalid or already used I emailed Cardpool twice and they don’t respondThey have no phone number on the website and the chat bot is useless

I purchased a $gift card on June 3rd for $(22.5% discount)On June 22nd I attempted to use the gift card and was alarmed when I was notified it had an available balance of $I immediately emailed the support team at Carpool (they can only be contacted through email - no phone support is available for these issues)On June 23rd I received an apology email from the support team saying I would receive a full refund of $that would "take a few business days to appear on your credit card statement." I emailed them again on July 5th and on July 6th I was told to email them again if I did not receive my refund "after business days." Well, July 7th was the 10th business day, and shock of the century, I still have not received my moneyI then received another email on July 8th that said to email them if I don't receive my refund after July 10th (business days)So after paying for a bogus gift card, I was told it would take a "few business days" and then to c

I ordered a product from Cardpool, and the product was not fulfilled

I bought a *** that wasn't allowing me to redeem when I tried to check outCalled the customer service and they said the card was usedThey saw that it was clearly not me who made the transaction as the address was a different state and to contact cardpoolI contacted carpool by emailing timesTwice in December 29th and once on December sixthI also have called their support number three (at this point?) times! I left several voicemails with my cell to call me backThis was all to save percentIf carpool doesn't make this right, I can't trust them with any purchaseI checked out as a guest anywayJust must be how they treat guestsI disputed the transaction but my bank will not refund me, as far as I knowThey said to contact carpool againBut I have even had one interaction with them

I recently got a gift card for Christmas, that I wasn't going to use so I traded it in with CardpoolThe gift card was for *** for the amount 130,dollars and some change, the company offered me electronic gift card for *** which was supposed to emailed me to me within one business dayThey have no phone customer service, and I have emailed them everyday since then and only received automated responses

“Had a ** return that was sizeable, opted for a gc so I didnt have to wait for the funds and figured itd be an easy sell, who doesnt want to save at **Heres a timeline of this nightmare- 1.Return items and get gc thats Activated at 3:pm 11/29/17, (I bought a $item leaving the remaining balance at $335.05) 11/29/@ 4:55pm I had to return to ** because of a list in grocery & spent and had an end balance of or about- Wanting cash over anything I googled an inquiry that led to Carpool- got a very nice instant quote and then an error message saying the funds couldnt be verified, I found that oddI again returned to the ** and used the *** *** *** in front to make a small purchase which was successful.....but cardpool couldnt verify it??? Struck me as odd After returning home with my self verified gc and going back on the website I got the same error codeAgain I returned to *** store and this spent $on lottery tickets (thankfully wo

Cardpool offers a refer-a-friend $creditI referred many friends, but only.one made an account and a purchaseMy $"reward" was emailed to meIn the.email it says to use the code in the gift card field at checkoutI tried both the.gift card field and the promo code fieldon my next purchase, but it didn't work in eitherI emailed them but made the purchase anyway because it was time-sensitiveI was in contact back and forth for a monthThey askwd for a screenshot of the email, they said to ONLY use the promo field not the gift card field (contrary to the original message), they said to use Cbrome and a desktop to follow links and use their siteI complied with all of their suggestions and directionsI finally sent a screenshot of the error code saying it was ridiculous that this has taken this longThey needed to provide a new code or.a$refund, or I was going to report them to Revdex.comThat was almost a week ago and I have yet to.hear anything back

I sold several gift cards to this companyI only received paymepayment for one cardIt states on the site it will take 7-business daysI have emailed, messaged, and called the company with no response at allI just want my checks or my gift cards back

Do you want to know what kind of company CardPool is? They delete all negative Facebook posts, hide negative *** reviews on Facebook and claim that all is great, they flat out lie about their turnaround times on their site, don't respond to support unless you berate them on Twitter (because they can just delete Facebook posts, they don't care about those)...it's simply not a well run operationI'm sure the people are great, but there is something rotten within the operations and branding org of this companyThe facts of my case are this: I sold $worth of gift cards to CardPool on 1/The email confirmation said I would have an Amazon gift card within business daydays passed and I reached out to the company on Facebook, simply asking what is going on, and they deleted my commentThis triggered meThe only way I was able to get a support rep to reach out to me was by spamming them on Twitter and making sure to include the CFPB in my postsFunny enough, I got an email shortly thereafter with an apology and a statement that I'll be reached out to "shortly"Needless to say, I'm not holding my breathBe VERY careful around this shady operation folks

cardpool transaction number #*** I sold a gift card to CardpoolThe gift card was brand new, with a balance of from *** * ** ***)on the date of 12/19/I decided to sell the gift card online to a well ***sted website known as cardpoolAfter entering the account information for the *** gift card the following question was to enter the pin numberIn order for me to enter that information I had to scratch off the security bar to expose the digit pinthat was the only thing I was hesitate to do sobut I did it anywayafter I finished up the transaction I printed up the free shipping label provided by CardpoolI sent it off via USPS (i handed it directly to the mail.lady inside post office)besides the Fact of it taking weeks for them to return any of my messages, when I did receive a message they said this as followsHi *** ***, We recently received your gift card, but the merchant reported a different card value than what you'd enteredThe

Hi so my complaint is more or less like the last few complaints on your websiteI made an order for American airline gift cards to receive $back and was told that I will get an immediate sale and that it should take a few daysThe order was made on January so it’s been way beyond the amount of time that was originally promised**transaction number is *** I made several attempts to call/email/tweet them and have not heard a peepMy first email sent was almost a week agoThis is very unprofessional! When you call either there reg cs number (can’t find on website btw),bulk cs number or there verified phone number you get no live personI’ve been reading there responses to other people’s isdues and omg!!!!! It’s horrible! First it’s a boiler plate response and even the second response it looks like someone is writing the first few sentences (while not really addressing the concern ) then counting by inserting the boiler plate pre written template that they have prepare
