I redeemed Walmart gift cards for cash (check by mail) almost years ago (February of 2016)Everything worked out fine, received a check in the mail however misplaced the check itself and recently just found itThe check states that it is void after daysI contacted the company for weeks via their only contact option (e-mail) since no one ever answers the phone and even after sending separate e-mails did not hear a responseAll I want them to do is re-issue the check for $That's all, but their lack of customer service is making it impossible

I sold gift cards to this company on 6/20/(order #***) for $and mailed them out on the same dayI received a confirmation email from them days later on 6/29/that the cards were received and will be processed by the next business dayIt has now been more than a week I have received no check in the mail, the status of the offer has not changed on their website and all attempts to contact the company have been ignored

I purchase quite a lot of gift cards from Cardpool since Some are e-gift cards so Cardpool provides me the email with the link to the page with e-gift card codeThis January I still check the link work fine but when I check on early this month - March the links are all gone and all my access to my purchased e-gift cards all showed "error pages"I sent several emails to Cardpool and they only returned me once and stated they will help but no response sinceAnd now I am in completely panic mode as I spent so much money on those e-gift cards and now I cannot access them at all, the most I am so upset is Cardpool even didn't send me any email to let me know they will clear up database and I need to hard copy all the codesThe following is the gift cards which I lost the code and I really need Cardpool to provides me the codes : American Eagle outfitters $- order#*** Dick's Sporting Goods $- order*** Forever - $- order *** Forever - $

Business has and misleading advertising claimsI purchased a gift card under the pretense that it was "INSTANT" which is defined "happening or coming immediately"It was not until after I purchased the alleged "INSTANT" gift card that I received an email stating that "We'll typically email you with your electronic or mobile gift cards within business day" the section of the web page where cards are purchased gives no indication that there is any waiting periodIf it did, I would not have purchased the item from CardpoolI had been deceived into purchasing this card under the statement of it being an instant purchase

cardpools FAQ states *** cards are completed within an hour, its been days, I have emailed called messaged on *** and twitter at least times...nothing, I cannot take my credit card off line from them so If I spend the original gift card, I will get charged

I wanted to sell gift cards I had received from the company I work for to redeem the cashI entered the e-gift card numbers and pins into Cardpool's website to complete the transaction, but the website erroneously expected me to mail in physical gift cardsA technical glitch on their website was improperly redirecting me to the wrong page where it expected me to send in physical gift cards when, at this point, Cardpool's website had already taken and accepted my e-gift card numbers and pins as valid, so I couldn't simply back out and retry the transactionThey put holds on the e-gift card numbers and pins that I had enteredI have contacted their support department about this several times and after about two months have still not received any response from themTheir site claims that the support department will contact you within 1-business days and this is just a bold-faced falsehoodI am owed approximately $I would recommend that nobody ever do business with Cardpool

On 2-8-I sold a Macy's gift card (face value = $35.42, transaction #***) to cardpool.com for $They mailed me a check for the wrong amount of $ I emailed them on 2-14-and 2-17-17, and I finally received a reply on 2-20-offering me a $cardpool gift card as compensation for a future purchase on cardpool.comI wrote back 2-20-that I wanted the difference owed to me in the form of a check and that I DID NOT want a $cardpool.com gift cardThey replied to that on 2-21-that they DO in fact owe me $1.77, and that they had escalated the matter to their finance departmentI was told in this email to allow two and one half weeks for the matter to be resolved, in addition to 5-business days on top of that for shipping timeALL OF THAT TIME HAS ELAPSED, AS TODAY IS 3-27-17, AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY FROM CARDPOOL.COM
