So I bought a JCPenney gift card today for a pretty good deal $for $(that was with their current promo running code) So that was great now minutes later I was wondering where the electronic gift card was and they sent a email wanting me to confirm the order and my link didn't work so I went to google and typed in CardPool order verification phone number and saw a number (415) 419-and this is where is all turned aroundGuy that answered was very professional he said he just had a few questions to verify my identity, odd question but ones that I would only know so that was reassuringI do appreciate the level of security they obviously offer but I do think it may be to much especially for those used to other discount card websitesAfter the phone call he said he would put my order to processing and that I would receive my gift card within hours about hours later I received my gift card and was able to make the purchase I wanted from JCP for a steal! Overall I would use them againThat phone number though was probably a big factor in my transaction going smoothlyHope it and this review can help you out! Thanks

The one purchase that was completed took way too long to processThe last were cancelled by their "risk management team" and no reason was givenI've use a few sites to purchase gift cards and CardPool is the worstNever again !!!

Avoid doing business with CardpoolWish I had read reviews on Revdex.com before attempting to make a purchaseThey are obviously practicing some poor business practices if not also shady business practicesDo not fall for the trap of trying to purchase an e-gift card from them because I am confident they will never send itThere is not contact number to talk to a person a Cardpool, but only provide a support email address that promptly sends back an automated response saying we are busy and will try to get back to you in the next several daysIf they actually had the e-gift cards as advertised they would be nothing stopping them from sending them even within hoursMy guess would be that they try to acquire the cards after you make a purchase but often aren't able to so they will end up canceling your order after making you wait for days or weeksHowever, based on other reviews it sounds like they often send you $balance cards or numbers to try and please you and then delay your process of then hopefully getting a refundThe moral of the story is just STAY AWAY! Do not think you will be treated any differently*** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** ***
