Sold Cardpool a gift card and received no moneyAll calls and emails have gone unanswered This company is a complete rip off

I ordered a $*** *** gift card and only received a $Cardpool is claiming they sent me a $card, however the picture they sent me to verify does not match the card number I have and when I look up the value on *** *** it shows $

I decided to "sell" the two gift cards that I had purchased through this website, because I came to find out that there are no locations in my area to use the gift cards atI was given a sell price of $for the $value of gift cards that I possessedI was emailed an address and a shipping label to send my cards to and told that I should receive my money via an *** egift cardI have never received the money promised to me, and my transaction initiated on January 17, I have not received a response to my email regarding my missing funds

My order *** has the wrong valueIt would be a 100$ Starbucks gift cardBut it is only $Emailed them three times in the passing two weeks, got no response at all

I sold them a gift card back in Novbut I never got payment and they keep ignoring my emails and voicemails

States they have a satisfaction guaranteedDidnt get my gift card til several days later.Couldnt get a response for daysThey don't have a phone number to call eitherFine print is no refunds and they make it a hassle otherwise

I placed an order to sell a $gift card, and received a confirmation of receipt from Cardpool*** on December 1st, promising resolution/processing by the end of the next business day (Dec 2)At the end of the day on Dec 2, I emailed requesting a status update, but received no responseAt the end of the second business day (Dec 5), I emailed again, but did not receive a responseAt the beginning of the third business day (today, Dec 6), I began to call Cardpool, and left messages on both *** and *** but have not received a response

Terrible been has my card for weeks and still haven't been paid

I was going to try selling my gift cards to Cardpool and they advised that they would need my debit card informationI went ahead with providing them with this information, thinking it would be a quick and easy process that would allow me to receive the funds directly to my checking accountHowever, when I completed the transaction, they sent me an e-mail with a shipping label and instructed me to send my gift cards to their officesUntil then, I get no funds directly deposited to my account (and now have to wait for a mailed check), yet I somehow had to provide them with my debit card information?! After receiving that e-mail, I immediately became leary, and I did some research and read all of the negative reviews about this "business"At this point, I do NOT feel secure knowing that I provided this company with my debit card information, and am now concerned that my $balance in gift cards will be taken by them because I stupidly gave them the gift card numbers/pinsI want my

BewareI have made many purchases from Cardpool and was satisfied until I received $*** gift cards that I could not use because the magnetic strips were unreadableThey offer a 100% guarantee but what good is that if they are unreachableI sent emails and never received a responseI would never make another purchase from Cardpool again!!

I attempted to register a gift card for reimbursementI submitted all of the required documentation and received a follemail indicating I was all set and would hear from them soonAt that point I shredded the *** *** gift card, seeing as how there would be no need for it in the futureA few days later I received an automated email from them indicating I needed to reenter the gift card information as there seemed to be a discrepancyI responded indicating I had shredded the card and there was no possible way to locate this informationIt took them three different responses to understand the issue and the final one basically said too bad - we told you to hang onto the cardSo, despite the fact that it was only $20.00, the way I was treated and the service I felt was inappropriate
