Purchased a gift card in the amount of $dls for $dls on sept 2, and it was supposed to be delivered via emailThey sent me an email but the link to download was faulty and I was not able to print itI contacted their customer service to let them know that there was a problem, and I no longer wanted the gift card and would like to get a refundThey sent me an email stating that they don't refund such transactionsI attempted to download the card again so I can use it and I was able to print it this time but since I had lost my trust on this company before I attempted to use it, I checked the balance with the info they provided and it had a balance of $dls I sent them an email addressing the issue and left a voicemail on Saturday 9, and they still have not contacted me, they show no interest to resolve issues and they don't have a phone line to speak to anyone it's all done via email
