If you want to lose your money, go ahead and orderIt takes forever to get an electronic card deliveredThey don't state that on their website until you place an orderUntil then, you send a refund request you get a canned response with a unprofessional and sarcastic replyI've ordered gift cards from other sites that delivered almost instantly that has a professional and courteous serviceMost of the time their site is downI don't understand how they can have an online business with a slow response timeMy advice for anyone looking for discount gift card is to steer clear from this companyIt's not worth the hassle

I recently ordered a gift card and received an e-mail from Cardpool stating the following:
*** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** ** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ***
What kind of business writes a customer and says that you've been denied by a risk assessment team without giving further explanation as to why you were denied? I recently checked my credit score, and it's excellent So I doubt that's the reason I was denied Perhaps my credit card company blocked the purchase for security reasons However, I can't remedy that unless I'm aware of the problem The only two reasons I could think to explain the denied order is that they made a mistake and oversold the cards and were covering their mistake, or could they be scammers stealing credit card information?
In a follow up e-mail they also stated:
It is important to take note that the rejection of an order is not a negative reflection on you as a customer, nor is it an indication that future orders will also be cancelledPlease feel free to submit a new order through the Cardpool website if you are still interested in purchasing discounted gift cardsNow why would I ever place another order without knowing why my first order was denied by their risk assessment team? There is just too much inconsistency and a lack of being forthright in their communication for me to ever do business with them again

Cardpool has competitive prices and a good mix of gift cards and they ship quickly BUT if you have a problem such as a zero balance gift card that you purchased from them chances are real good that you will not receive anything from them First of all they do not have a phone line that you can call and if you send an email you will receive an automated rely that they will contact you in a couple of days and that's it ; you will not get another reply They have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever had the misfortune to deal withDO NOT BUY from Cardpool regardless of what they advertise Their one year warranty is nothing but a come on to get you to buy ;it is worthless *** *** *** *** *** *** * ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * When you steal from your customers your time in business is short I give them the lowest rating - star and they do not deserve it

I used the website to sell my gift cards on Offer - *** of worth in *** Gift cards and and Offer *** of worth in *** gift card and in *** gift cardI was promised $and $255, respectively in cash for these two order and was asked to mail the gift card using the pre paid shipping label they providedI sent those cards on July 6th and I still have not received any response from them yetI sent emails to them with no responseI called on the number a few times and every time it went on a voicemail and I left a message but no response

I just purchased this $giftcard and I need to book our flights immediately to see an ailing family memberWhen I entered the gift card information from the Delivery email, I get a notice that the giftcard has a $balance
I now have $tied up in this and can't afford to book while I wait for this to be resolved I am stuck with relying on a $card that is worth nothing, and the plane ticket prices may go up while I wait I have tried emailing, facebook posting, facebook messaging, and calling to get this resolved, but have no response to resolve

I've bought two gift cards from them and so far both had the balance that was statedOne still has a balance even two months after purchaseCustomer service is fairly quick to respond too, and they actually answer their phone when you call to verify your identity

I purchased two Pier gift cards from cardpool.com for $on April On April 12, I tried using the gift cards online at Pier who cancelled the order and told me that the funds were being held as the gift cards sold to me were faultyPier suggested that cardpool needed to refund me and provided the number to their Loss Prevention team for cardpool to verifyPier could not give me any additional detail as I was not the original creator/owner of the gift cardsI have since tried to contact cardpool several times via their support email and the phone requesting a refund and have not received a replyCardpool purchases are supposed to come with a year guarantee that gift cards will be valid at the merchant

With some trepidation, I sent my $gas gift card with the prepaid envelope and their instructions It took a couple weeks to hear from them but in about two weeks they did alert me via email it was received Shortly thereafter, the credit for Amazon as I requested arrived via email The transaction went just fine I have since used the Amazon credit without any issuesIt would be helpful to a customer for Cardpool to use *** tracking for the prepaid envelopes so customers know a card was successfully received on Cardpool's end

The value does not match the advertised amountI contacted them on the day received by email on 2/4/I call twice and left messages and emailed a second time todayThere is no way to talk to a human

I have done business in the past with this website with no real problem until nowI recently purchased two gift AMC gift cards from them but only one had any valueAfter calling and emailing them several times, they did eventually respond to my emails by telling me that the gift card number was validAfter attempting to use the card in the theater, where it was declined, I looked the value up online myselfIt carried no balanceHorrible customer service and completely unacceptable response timesBottom line, I am out $and will never do business with them again

No customer support numberTook day under a week for them to say that my card was declined the sale process with no reasons to whyVery negative company if there are any problemsBe carefulI did sell a git card here years ago and it work but their service looks like it is too big or its own weight or own good

On 12/27/I sold gift cards online to CardpoolThe face value of the gift cards was $and I opted to trade the cards for an Amazon gift card valued at $Once the gift cards are sold to Cardpool, they provide you with a USPS pre-addressed, postage paid mailing slip to send the gift cardsTheir website promises to provide you with an e-gift card to Amazon within one business day of receipt of the gift cards soldI mailed the gift cards on 12/28/using the slipIt has now been weeks and two emails with Cardpool where their employee claims they have not receive our gift cardsPrior to using their service, I read the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) reviews, which at the time had given the company a positive scoreHowever, since then there are now complaints filed with the Revdex.com and several more complaints filed directly with their Facebook pageI'm very concerned they continue to claim they have not received the cards and furthermore that we will not be rightfully pa

I purchased over giftcards valued at over $2,from the businessOf those, giftcards did not work, valued at $each = $totalI contacted support because they guarantee all giftcards purchased through themThis was days ago and I have not received any response even though the automated ticketing message says they would reply within a few business daysI emailed them again days ago and day ago, as well as tried to call their customer support line only to receive a VM and no call back
