Cardpool is a gift card selling and buying establishmentAfter Christmas, I had a couple ($each) Outback Steakhouse girftcardsI was happy to find this service at first and quickly processed a gift card sale; during this process, your gift cards and amounts are verified by the card number and PIN number on the back, and you are provided a prepaid USPS 1st Class shipping labelI completed the transaction and I waited about two weeks before contacting Cardpool; I contacted them because I had received no contact, emails, or confirmation that my cards were receivedAfter another couple weeks, the informed me that they have finally received my cards and now they are $a pieceI was extremely ipset at this point and requested information on what was going on; what could have been taking so long and now, why is the amount of the cards changing??? Over the past 2-years I've bought many electrical gift cards from cardpool with about a few hundred dollars, which were automatically stored in the cardpool appmonths ago I could not login to their app and website any more, nor can I reset my passwordI've contacted them via email many times and they said some of their customers had same problems and they did not know whyThey could not even search my account email and email me my gift card information so I can use the cards nowThey want me to find all the order emails from the last years and sent to them insteadHow am I supposed to keep all those emails from 2-years ago if I already had the cards information stored in their app??

Absolutely terrible company! Tried to purchase from them and they held my money for days and then decided to not sell me the gift cardTerrible company and terrible experience! Stay away!
