Ordered two $gifts card for ToyRUsCarpool indicated that the card were electronically delivered within hoursThe following day I used the provided method, email, to contact support regarding order number *** The reply stated that I should check the USPS's holiday scheduleHowever, the United States postal schedule is irrelevant since the delivery is supposed to be electronic and secondly because there is no holidayI contacted support a second time and received a reply that it would take several days before I would receive a replyIt has been two days and I have received no reply from support other than a generic auto-reply
I should have done more research before using Cardpool A simple Google search led to links that talked about how great the company is, and how easy it is to save money on gift cards I received a Target e-gift card around the holidays, and decided to trade it in for an Amazon gift card from Cardpool with slightly less money on it After completing the transaction, I received an automatic email from Cardpool confirming the transaction and informing me that I would receive payment once the gift card is received Only, it's an e-gift card, and I have no hard-copy to send them I emailed immediately to ask for clarification on next steps to complete the transaction, but did not hear back I followed up again days later with a friendly reminder, acknowledging that the holidays are busy, and then again days after that with a third email Still no reply, and still no idea what to do with my gift card I have double checked my Target gift card balance to ensure money has not been spent, but cannot do anything with it because Cardpool indicates it will charge me for selling used gift cards I'm shocked by the lack of customer service, and the fact that Cardpool doesn't even provide a customer service line where they can be reached At this point, I'd like to simply cancel my transaction and use my original gift card I would not recommend doing business with this company, as you may end up in constant limbo like me Based on other reviews, this seems to be a common complaint among users
I've had no issues selling electronic gift cards to Cardpool They process them fast and send payment promptly However, do NOT mail physical gift cards to Cardpool! Half the time they are lost in the mail or in their processing center (not clear which) They claim to never receive them, do not pay you, and you no longer have the cards Customer support response is basically "sucks to be you."
I did an online gift card exchange on January 23, I sent an email inquiring as to the status on February 3, and have yet to receive a responseThe email acknowledging the transaction notes transaction *** and states that the gift card to be sent (Amazon) would be done so within three days of the transactionThis transaction was done online so it was immediateIt's been two weeks since the transaction and I have not received anything yet

Cardpool.com is a gift card brokerage which purchases and then sells physical/electronic gift cards from multiple merchantsOrders for Home Depot discounted gift cards placed upon delivery were stated as 'Home Depot Electronic Gift Card' type which essentially can be used online and in store with no restrictionsIn fact orders delivered were NOT 'Home Depot Electronic Gift Card' type but rather 'Home Depot Store Credit Card' type which places a lot of restrictions on it's usage: unlike true ''Home Depot Electronic Gift Card' it CANNOT be used online no it CANNOT be used in store either as it is restricted to the exact person to whom this store credit was issuedThis is a complain on advertisement and wrong product delivered as a resultCompany does not return any comments nor responds to complains on this matter for weeksZERO response
Thy WILL steal your gift cardThey stole my card!!!!
I tried to sell my gift card to them online on 6/I was told once they verify the balance they will send me a check in one business dayOn 6/they contacted me stating the balance was zeroWhen I call the merchant to verify the balance, they confirmed the card was used at a store location over miles from meDisgusting company with no way to recoup your losses after they steal from youThis is a glorified phishing website and should be reported to the FBI
Applied to redeem a Best Buy gift card on December After the business collected all info on card and my personal credit card info, could not get to next step to activate payout to meContacted "Customer Service" twiceChat form popped up and response to my question was answered in FrenchTWICEI think I want my transaction, if it is "pending" revoked and forget about these peopleI have zero confidence that they are scrupulous and honest
I purchased a gift card from this company, when I received it, it was already usedI contacted them regarding this and they advised I could get a refund however they wanted me to send the physical card back to them at my shipping expenseIt is absolutely ridiculous I should incur any costs for a card that was sent to me that was already usedAfter all, this is more than just a stamp that would be requiredTo ensure the company received the card and that I would be able to get my refund, I would need to send this with a form of trackingI should not have to pay a dime when this company sent a fraudulent cardThis should be refunded since the information I sent them they would be able to confirm that this was used before I even received it
Nearly weeks ago I sold $worth of gift cards to cardpoolSince then I've sent several emails with no company response, and I am still yet to receive payment, or even something saying they receivedo the cardsAt first I thought it may just be holiday overload, but it's January 14t, and that excuse is becoming less and less relevent

This company accepted $worth of Krispy Kreme giftcards through their online process with a purchase price of $I received an email stating I needed to send my giftcards in and they would mail me a check, easy right?
