The installers were timely, friendly and very professional. The installation was quick and done correctly. Madcity is higher cost then some but you get what you pay for. I am very happy with my new windows

Mad City did our two bathrooms - one was changed from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower and the other was updated to a soaking tub and shower. They were on time, efficient and extremely professional. They went above and beyond by fixing the flooring where needed and adding shutoff valves.

I have to start out by saying that I have a family member that works for Mad City Windows. So, when my husband and I purchased our home, we knew that we were going to go with this company from the beginning. We knew the quality of the windows, and doors, that they install. We knew about the sales promotions in the area, and we knew that there was a family discount.
Once we were ready for the salesman to come out to our house, we set up a meeting, and that's where all of the positives that I knew about Mad City Windows stopped. The sales man that came to our house was well over 30 minutes early, without a phone call saying so. I guess that being early is better then being late, but still a phone call would have been nice.
He walked through our house, looking at all of the windows that we wanted to have replaced. He tried to sell us things that we never wanted; including, a bathroom remodel. Keeping in mind, we just completed our bathroom; including, new floors, tile surround, bathroom cabinets, toilet, paint, etc.
Then, he proceeded to sit at my kitchen table for well over an hour giving us the run down of the cost that we would incur on the purchase of the windows. My husband and I both have experience in construction, and we can calculate the costs fairly well on our own, so when he told us that the job was going to cost $19,000 we told him that we were not interested. After him "going over the numbers" we got the cost down to $11,000. That's quite a bit of a difference. I don't appreciate being up charged just to make it sound like he's giving us this huge deal. Long story short, we purchased 10 double hung windows (not including the massive window that we needed for our living room).
I called the New Berlin office and spoke to a front desk woman about our contract and the fact that we never received our discount and gift card. She told me that she would send this over to her manager. I got a phone call from a sales manager. He told me that he was out in the field, and when got back to the office he would crunch the numbers, get me the discount, and then send the $100 gift card. This never happened.
I then received a phone call last week, from a scheduler for the installation of our windows. I told her again all of the issues that we were having with the price and the gift card not coming to our home. She then stated that she would send this over to her manager, and that I should expect a phone call. Again, this never happened.
It is highly unprofessional to have to jump through this many hoops, especially since I know the company, the product, and have family that works within your company. I have knowledge about construction and contracts, and this should never happen to anyone.

Absolutey impressed! Our experience front to back was incredible. From the moment that we met with the promotional manager, our sales rep, and our installation worker, everything was done with excellence. Our bathroom looks amazing and we could not be happier! Thank you Mad City!

I am a retired engineer and a former contractor, and I have always undertaken my own remodeling projects. I recently returned to Wisconsin, and purchased a Victorian home that had already gone through some remodel and window replacement. At my age, I broke with tradition and decided against getting on a ladder to finish replacing the rest of the single pane windows. During the recent Home Expo I checked out the display for Mad City Windows. The staff and crew from Mad City were courteous and professional from the very first day, when they came to measure my windows, until the final cleanup and checklist. When the big day finally arrived for the installation, the Supervisor walked me through the procedure so that I would understand what the crew was doing at all times, and assured me he would be around all day to answer any questions. I have had the honor to supervise many different crews during my career, and I have to say that this crew was excellent. Before beginning, they had sealed off the windows from the weather, and set out plastic sheeting both inside and outside the windows to catch any debris. The installation went smoothly, the cleanup was complete and there were no problems. During the final walkthrough, I was able to compare the two installations, from the other window company, and from Mad City. I told the Supervisor I wish the previous owner had contacted Mad City, because there was a noticeable difference in quality of the windows, and installation. I would recommend Mad City to anyone wanting a quality remodeling job.

We had them replace our tub/shower. They were easy to work with. Showed up on time and done the same day. Very professional. Everything was cleaned up when they were done.

I am incredibly happy with my shower/tub installed by Mad City Windows & Baths. Having it installed in one day was amazing! Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. The follow-ups to make sure we were happy with the work was also appreciated. The deep soak tub is getting lots of use and it's so easy to clean--well worth the price!

Great service and great windows. They might cost a little more but are well worth it.

We had our shower remodeled. Very positive experience in understanding about the way the task would be done, materials used and completion. Very satisfied with scheduling, workmanship, quality of materials and finish. Highly recommend.

The installers were very polite and kind. They made sure that there was no mess in the house, they placed tarps down where ever they walked. They explained everything they did. The electrician they brought in was excellent. Everything was cleaned up when they left. Shower is awesome! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service with great workers who respected our space. Oh, and we love the new windows. Rooms that were cold are now warm.

I want to talk up MadCity baths! From contacts on the phone to the personable estimator and they highly professional installers, we are extremely satisfied with this company and it’s product.

Bought windows from them suppose to be triple pane and brand new to save energy and electric bill all 9 windows you can feel cold or hot air blowing in now that it is cold their is frost and ice on the windows, down stairs the blinds froze right to the window, they all have frost and moisture on the inside and cause water to run off it down the wall they have been out here at least 6 times to try and fix the problem, replace part of a windows in all big windows they still few cold air coming in had to put extra blankets on the bed so we don’t freeze and sit in the living room with blankets on to stay warm and also turn up the heat to get warm, they are just taking advantage of us because we are older and try to tell us all windows does this are old windows did not they gave us stickers to put under the window where it slides to help block the wind we are paying over 15,000.00 for what to here what drives by or walk by and the birds

Mad City did a wonderful job installing my shower. Their sales person was professional, the installers were polite and well-qualified. They did the cutting in my garage and cleaned up after themselves and took all old products with them.

My husband and I recently had 13 windows in our 1901 home replaced and are beyond thankful to this company! The product line is wonderful and the crew were efficient and very professional! Will continue to recommend!

I had several windows replaced in my home. The two gentlemen arrived on time and completed the job well before I expected. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. They then took the time to show me the differences between my old windows and my new ones. I am very pleased with the job and the product.

I had purchased a shower/tub remodel. It was very nice to start out. As it got older corrosion started forming on the shower tower along the area where it was cut to fit the height of my shower. As it is aluminum, the corrosion is not "rust" but rather a white residue. I was contacted by phone by ***,(from madcity) who out of the blue called to ask about my install & satisfaction. The reason of the call was that someone in my area was interested in talking or seeing a unit that had been remodeled. After I had advised of the issues with my unit, and asked for follow up on how it could be fixed, he asked me to text him photos & promised to talk to one of his guys about fixing it and get back to me right away. This started on Aug 11, 2017. On 8/14/17 I asked for an acknowledgement that my photos were received. On 9/06/17 I tried to make contact. He did reply asking for a better photo, as mine looked like paint.....On 9/11/17, I resubmitted photos explaining my background in mfg, and am aware of mat'ls & corrosion examples. Since then I tried to make contact on 10/04/17...and have had ZERO follow up. On 12/26/17 I tried to follow up one more time before giving a rating & contacting Revdex.com.
