Mad City did an excellent job of installing my new Shower stall. The work was good and the crew was very professional. I was happy with the whole experience.

Excellent installation experience. The estimate took longer than we thought it would, but boy was it worth it! Windows performing beautifully.

The installers first name was Mike, if you get Mike like we did you won’t be sorry he is excellent

The crew arrived on time and completed the job, same day, by 5 PM. In addition to the two skilled tradesman on site most of the day, a plumber and area manager completed their work on time. All four were incredibly respectful of my time & property. I recommend considering Mad City for your next bathroom remodel!

I recently had Mad City remove our old shower and install a new shower & bath system for my family. My salesperson (Dom) was very professional and thorough (making sure everything was just as I wanted it). The installers (Aaron and Chris) arrived on time and prepared. They completed the demo and installation all in one day; and also were very friendly throughout. We just love how our new unit looks and were very satisfied with the whole experience.

I can not say enough how happy my Mother (85+) and I am over hew new walk in shower form Mad City Bath. From the professional salesperson, customer service and installers.
They went above and beyond on getting the install fast as she just moved into her new house.
The installers were completely finished in about 6 hours with a top-notch job. They even cleaned up and were very diligent working. I would highly recommend over getting a contractor--the price was as quoted with no add-on costs. 5 star

Advertisement on tv states a 100.00 dollar gift/restaurant for a home quote for Windows. Never received gift card. Callers company @three times and got answers of its coming and person giving the estimate should have gave iti to you. After 3 calls I finally got the restaurant card in the mail and the card was for $60.00 instead of the $100.00 card as advertised. The card is difficult to use as a lot of downloading and printing coupons for restaurants we never heard of. Very few restaurants in our area

We had such a great experience with Mad City! They worked with our needs and limitations! The representative was extremely knowledgeable. The installation team cleaned up after installation nicely and were extremely courteous! We will definitely be contacting Mad City again!

I had Mad city do my siding a cpl years ago. Cost about $20,000. I have had the installer out 5 times to fix parts that are falling off. Now I have % more spots that are loose and falling. I have called Mad city very curious to see how they handle. Just can't believe the problems I am having with siding. I suggest going else where for your siding needs.

Last week, Dec 6-8, we had 17 windows replaced in our house. I would like to complement the ENTIRE CREW--from the college student door-to-door pre sales, to Patrick the salesperson who spent such an inordinate amount of time with us to the expediters who informed us of the status of the install to the installers--Matt and Dallas. Thank you all. It's been a while since I've seen this level of customer service. Yes, you were "pricey", but you do get what you pay for. We love our new windows!!!

Mad City did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaning up afterwards. They came on time as well as kept me in the loop with what was going on on their end of the project. The installers also helped me set up an appointment for an additional emergency project, and they accomplished that one very quickly.

I had a shower installed and noticed a leak and peeling paint outside the shower unit. I have called several times over the last few months and still nobody has shown up to look at the damage. I sent pictures of the damage and was told they would be out within a few days but received no calls for an appointment.

Had new windows and doors installed in both home and garage crew did fantastic job fast clean and very professional. I would highly recommend mad city.

1st off this has been an absolutely horrible experence, Not exactly sure on how to start, but my 1st experience was not a positive one, we had a date and time set up for a sale rep to come to my house and never showed...a couple days later they called me apologizing wanting to set up another appointment. We did and he did show the 2nd time....however I was completely blown over by how persistent he was at getting my to sign that night for windows I really didn’t even need.almost seemed like he wasn’t gonna leave until he had my signature on his contract....end result is I agreed,,,mainly to get him out of my house,3+ hrs was plenty long enough...after getting no sleep the next couple nights thinking on how I felt like I was completely taken advantage of. I decided I was gonna go to their office and cancel the contract, still within the 3 day window..I wanted to make sure I was clear on what I wanted to do..well the gal behind the desk insisted they have a supervisor come to my house to see what they could of done differently to keep my business.she stated they don’t have too many people wanting to cancel....I agreed to a another home visit. A few days later a different rep shows up again and another 1.5 hrs with him we decide on a patio door instead of the 16k in windows my house really didn’t need...this all took place at the end of aug...now it’s december.. and I had 3 different appointments set up to get this patio door installed.the first 2 times were rescheduled due to either a death in the family or the installers being sick...I’m in the customer service world and understand things happen, but after the 3rd time.. I sat and waited for them to no call or no show me.......until later that night,,,,I’ve had it....I do not trust this company anymore and just want out of this...IThis honestly has been bugging be ever sense the 1st rep showed up with his extremely high sales tactics....it’s effective but an absolutely horrible way of doing business..I did put a $200 deposit down...this patio door was not a special order. It’s a standard size...

Hello we had *** from mad city windows out for an Estimate and we liked the windows so he told us that if we bought the windows he would throw in floor seats bucks tickets In their box on the court and he called his manager to make sure that was okay so we bought the windows and he said to call him when season started which I did and never got any responses from him. I called the madison office and talked to the redemption lady and she told me that they do not offer bucks tickets this year. She said she was going to talk to *** and see what he said. She said she would call me on 2 days which she did not I called 5 days later and she left me a voicemail that *** said he never offered anything to us and that no tickets are going to be given. I hope they make this better after spending 10000 dollers there.

Love the new tub and show, Our install crew, Dan & Steve were awesome! Mad City is lucky to have them. Our sales rep was here a little too long, 4.5 hours. Cut the time in half and the entire experience would have been 5 Star

They installed a window that is much smaller than we contracted for. They installed extra frame around the small window it to make the insulation fit. It looks very unattractive. This is not what we agreed to. I do not feel I need to pay them until the job is completed correctly. They threatened to put a lien on my home, and they said I should expect a letter in the mail any day regarding the lien. I just want the job done correctly, and then I will pay them.

MadCity Windows & Baths was great. The whole process from start to finish was very simple and thorough for me. They came out to show their products and explain the process for each step of the way. They were up front with everything, and weren't pushing in making the sale. The install went smooth. The individuals that were on site were very respectful of the house, asked for opinions and input when needed, otherwise were very dutiful and timely. There weren't any surprises at any point.
I highly recommend them for any updates you're looking to make.

I needed new windows for my parents home and chose MCW.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We chose Mad City after several bids because of the quality they promised. Paid $5,000 for a patio door because it is such a highly used space for the kids and dog we wanted something that would last. I would take back my 1988 drafty patio door in a heartbeat. The day of our installation there was a blizzard, and instead of rescheduling, they forced their guys to do the work. What happened? It was sloppy, done incorrectly and a mess was left under the snow (nails, debris, etc.) that was only found after the snow melted... good thing my dog never stepped on anything! When we complained, they sent someone out to evaluate and they agreed it was crap- needed to be taken out completely and redone. The guy who came to do THAT had no idea what he was getting into and couldn't finish the same day he came out. He came back to finish another day and there is still an area above the door that is unfinished--so much for that custom-fit we paid for. Now just a few months later the glass is SCRATCHED and the door squeaks every time you open it. They sent a guy out to check it out and he lubed up the bottom of the door and said it was fine (guess what it still squeaks.. and I mean LOUD.) He also said the glass has a coating on it that must have been scratched by the dog.... and did nothing about that. NOTHING. I never asked for a speciality glass coating, if that is even a real thing, and if I knew about it I would have never moved forward with this project. Dog+kids+glass coating... not a good combination. So now, I call them to find out what the next step is and they have changed their phone system so that when you call the service department you can't talk to anybody! They direct you to their website to fill out a service request, and guess what it has been almost a week and no response. DO NOT EVEN INVITE THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR HOME FOR THE BID. I work in the service industry myself and not one visit like Mad City's would have been acceptable for our technicians.
