Marketplace Houses is the third rental company I contacted, once I decided to rent my house. I was a little worried when the other two companies never contacted me. Marketplace Houses was the only company who promptly contacted me. Not just the first time, every time I sent them a note or phone call. And this was even before I even signed the paperwork. I was also afraid once I did, they won’t be as prompt as some of the reviews I read. To date this isn’t the case. When it comes to knowledge and professionalism about rentals, my leasing and listing specialist, Ms. Cassie Ott, and Ms. Monque Bollinger, are the best. Not only, have these ladies answered my questions, but they continue to relieved all my fears. If they represent all of Marketplace Houses employees, then my rental experience will be a breeze. I am looking forward to continuing my work experience with Marketplace Houses.
