Dear Revdex.com, The attached inventory sheet was sent to the customer to confirm that per the list we do not show a TV was picked upThe dispatch department is investigating the situation and will get back to the customer on what they findI also show that the billing department has submitted a request for the approval of a credit due to the delivery timeframeOnce that has been approved, the credit will be issued to the credit / debit card on file and a receipt will be issued to the customer to confirm that it has been completed.Thank you, Customer Service

DO NOT USE Master Movers I can safely say and with 100% conviction state that Master Movers made my moving weekend one of the most stressful times of my life and I have moved seven times in the last yearsEverything starts off well in the sales department, or what they refer to as their acquisitions department During conversations they give you an afternoon time frame of 1pm – 7pm and then clearly state several times that the company would contact you hours prior to that time frame and give you a clearer estimate which is a hour time frame (for example 1:pm – 3:pm) This DID NOT happen I moved on Saturday and did not hear from them on Friday so I called Friday at 11:am, 5:pm and 5:pm I then received a voicemail at 6:pm stating they would be here between 1:pm and 7:pm which is what I already knewI called right back and left a voicemail stating that someone needed to call me back to give me that better time frame that they ensured me I would be gettingThat DID NOT happen Saturday, the day of my move, I still hadn’t heard from themI called at 1:pm and was told someone would call me backAt 4:pm I called again since I hadn’t received a phone call They said again someone would call me back but that they were busyI received a phone call after 6:pm stating that someone may come after 10:pm but they couldn’t guarantee that and that the movers may come out Sunday or Monday instead At 10:pm we called again and they said someone may come out after 1:am or Sunday or Monday but they could NOT guarantee a timeThis company clearly had no intention of assisting with my move even though I had placed a deposit down In addition, what company allows movers to move after 10:pm or even worse, after 1:am I’m not even going to go into the safety concerns and moving concerns associated with that I never was given a manager’s contact information and still have not heard back from a manager with an apology that is owed to me; however, they did refund my deposit BUYER BEWARE with Master MoversDO NOT USE Master Movers

Dear Revdex.com,Mr [redacted] was estimated for men at hrs for moving items, the estimate was sent to the customer and he did not reply with any changes needed to the informationOur call log does not show any calls to discuss the size of the moveIt does show however that upon arrival to the customers home that the foreman found that the move was going to be over items and there were flights of stairs (not two)The move was re-scheduled for the 12th for an AM move 7am - 1pm of a window for arrival and a third man was added for an additional cost as this size of move needed to have menThe crew arrived at 10:30am and the job finished at 7pmThe customer was given a revised written estimate to show that the foreman estimated his move to go to about $however it was closed out at $so he was aware and at any time could have stated he did not want to use the servicesWe have escalated his comments of the performance of the crew to a supervisorThe customer called in yesterday to inform us that he was just now unpacking his TV and it does not work and a claim for was sent to himWhen the claim is received it will be resolved by the claims departmentThe customer had a credit on his account that was also refunded to the card on file yesterdayAfter a careful review of the moving documents Master Movers did not find that any additional credit is due to the customerWe thank the Revdex.com for assisting in resolving the customers issues and we will work to resolve the claim issue when it is receivedThank you,Master Movers

This is my second move by Master Movers and they sent hard fast working guys and they arrived on time, did the job in the estimated time, were careful, and very politeI was completely satisfied againGood job!

The estimate process was very easy and fairThe crew was courteous, professional and just overall nice guysOur move went very smoothly and all of our things were handled with careTwo thumbs up!!

I hired Master Movers to move a two bedroom home from Indiana to Florida in early May Once the drivers had picked up the items in Indiana, I received an email that I would not be receiving my items until I paid an additional $(even though they had already picked up the items)I paid the amount within hours chalking it up to maybe a size underestimation (although I sent every item's specifications to the company prior to the quote) In late July, after several emails and phone calls, some of our items finally arrivedSeveral items were damaged and many were missing, including an heirloom baby bed that I had noted as the most important part of the shipmentOver the next weeks, my husband and I attempted to get the company to email, call, communicate with us when we could expect our missing itemsMultiple estimates of shipment were given and not accomplishedThey would always promise that 'this person' or 'that person' was going to fix it, call us, dispatch it soonToday is Sept 21, and we finally received the last of our items (with more damage and no notice that they were even shipped yet) Mere words cannot express my frustration with this companyDO NOT HIRE MASTER MOVERSI am not writing this to get back at the company for our months of anguish; I am writing to save the next person from having to go through the insanity that we have dealt with over the last few months

Master Movers are an excellent company to work withI was provided an up front quote for the approximate hours and cost based on the information I deliveredThe delivery men arrived during the time window specified and finished the job several hours early, allowing me to receive a refund off the time I already purchasedNone of my furniture or belongings were damaged in any wayThe movers were very professional and asked permission before doing anything that they believed might need itWould recommend to anyone!

Dear Revdex.com,Ms [redacted] was a customer of an agent of ours that had issues in getting her picked upWe did them a favor and picked up her belongingsHer job was dealt with as all other jobs, there was a call to confirm she would be ready for pick up by our customer service teamWe received all of her information as to the delivery (needing to have the delivery approved, reserve the elevator, can not deliver after 4pm, no weekends and that the customer would need shuttle service)After the pick up we handled Ms [redacted] 's order/job as any other long distance and she was required to pay a certain % of the fees before her shipment left our facilityMaster Movers did accept a credit card payment from the customer as a courtesy to herOur customer service called to confirm the delivery schedule with her as well as the driver, this is how we knew she was not in town and it would be her son accepting the shipmentMaster Movers works hard to help our contracted Agents when they get in a bind and need serviceWe show the customer has been delivered with no issuesWe as always thank the Revdex.com in assisting to resolve our customers issues.Sincerely,Master Movers

This is the worst company I have ever done any kind of business with I paid nearly $up front and then the day of the move, they didn't show up

Dear Revdex.com, Mrs [redacted] original paperwork just returned into the office yesterday and is being processedAll of our drivers / owner operators are agents of Master Movers and work within our tariffIn the moving industry "owner operators" are used to haul all types of commodities across the US, including furniture Thank you, Customer Service

The movers were on time and finished early

Do not hire this company! I use them for a very easy move and they did a poor job, damaging walls and furnitureThey charged me for hours even if they worked only and after almost six months I haven't been refunded for the damages, even if my claim has been acceptedThey keep saying that the billing department is processing the payment I'm really unhappy with Master Movers

I scheduled my move for 9/23/The day before I got a confirmation email that they would be at my home between 9-11:came and no one had called or shown upI call dispatch and was put on hold while Tracey tried getting ahold of the moversShe got back on the phone and said she could not get ahold of them and would call me backAt 11:I called her back and was told they ran over and she would have to send a different set of movers and they would be there in an hour1:still no movers and no callCalled back again asked to speak to a manager and I got Ben on the phoneHe was not helpful at allHe didn't care that I had spent by this time hours waitingI asked for some kind of compensation and his response was "so you want to cancel?" No I don't want to cancel I need to get movedIt is now 2:and just received a call they are minutes awayThis is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would suggest never use themTheir prices are cheap for a reason You definitely get what you are paying for

Dear Revdex.com, We apologize the information was confused with another companyMs [redacted] did have a second day of a crew go out to her to finish the job, of which she stated was a good crew even though they caused minor scratchesWe do understand that the inconvenience from the first crew that was causedMs [redacted] claim was again resolved according to the insurance option she choseThe valuation coverage is standard in the industry and the offer was made to her for that coverageA copy of the resolution letter was provided and unfortunately that is the final offerWe definitely apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer and again thank the Revdex.com for assisting in resolving the customers issue Thank you, Customer Service

I used this company for a previous move, and they had done a good job that timeNot this time thoughThey smoked in the back of the truck with my property in itThey taped absolutely everything, and didn't remove the tape at the end, even though I had paid for a set block of time and they finished earlyHere's the kicker thoughEven though I had signed a contract with the agreed to price, they wanted more money at the endAfter an hour of arguing with them and paying them the contract price, the lead foreman called the police and said he would have me charged with larcenyHe instructed his men to load all of my property back in the truckI called the police to have them removed from my house for trespassingOne of the men got so out of control that his foreman told him to go wait in the truckWhen the police arrived, they agreed to honor my contractThe men kept saying their company would not pay them if they didn't get more money from meThey actually had the nerve to ask about a tipMy son was present for all of this, and it scared him so much he hid in his closet

I had [redacted] and [redacted] come to pick up boxes for my move overseas Both men were polite & friendlyThey worked quickly and were careful with my belongings [redacted] explained all the paperwork When I had a question he phoned his manager Cleared up my questionWould recomend them to anyone

Dear Revdex.com, Per the Supervisor he expressed to Mr [redacted] on one of their previous phone calls that the shipment would be running late, utilizing the days timeframeUnfortunately, in the trucking industry there are delays and we are working diligently to get the shipment moving to Mr [redacted] It was expressed to Mr [redacted] that compensation for his late delivery will be issued as soon as the moving documents are received back in the office We understand that the delivery not being made in a timely manner is creating a hardship on the customer and we most definitely apologize, however we are working diligently to get the shipment confirmed on the road for him with an ETA for deliveryWe do expect to have this for him asap Thank you, Customer Service
