I just finisher refinancing my condo with McGlone company, I had a great experience, everyone was very professional and prompt, the whole process took less than a month, I would recommend this to anyone thinking of refinancing, it seems that the rates are going up slightly so do not wait give them a call, they are very courteous and patient, you will certainly get the answers you are looking for!

I choose the McGlone Mortgage Company after receiving numerous unsolicited inquiries via mail and telephone to refinance my current home loan. Initially, I was not looking to or interested in refinancing; however, I agreed to work with McGlone. At the offset, I was assured of its commitment to offering the lowest interest rates possible and prompt loan approval, as well as no out-of-pocket costs. Their responsiveness and punctuality were impressive. The application process was simple and straightforward requiring minimum documentation. The final loan approval and closing were also fast as promised and closing was even completed in the privacy of my own home. McGlone‘s representatives were personable and courteous, and their expeditious processes (and lower interest rate offering) makes them one of the best in the business. It was a pleasure working with such high-caliber folks.

After searching online for mortgage companies, I came across McGlone Mortgage Company, Inc. I was a bit hesitant because I had never heard of them before. I read several very positive reviews and decided to give them a try because the rates were so good. That turned out to be a very good decision. I worked with just one or two people the through the entire process and they were very good about communicating and helping us through each step. We had some difficulty with the people who were buying our home, but McGlone Mortgage was very patient and willing to work with us. There is opportunity to have more clarification and detailed instruction during the process that would be beneficial.

My entire experience refinancing my mortgage with McGlone Mortgage Co was excellent. [redacted] was my principal contact person and he was consistently honest and forthright, timely in his response to my questions, and generally very pleasant to deal with. His staff was equally easy to deal with. The economics of my mortgage (interest rate, closing costs, etc) were excellent, beating all mortgage competitors that I spoke with (including the bank that held my existing mortgage). The refinancing was closed on time, using a "closer" who came to my house on a date and time of my convenience. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend McGlone Mortgage.

I worked with McGlone Mortgage in Oct 2013 during the funding of our jumbo home loan for our primary residence. McGlone offered a very competitive 7/1 ARM rate with very competitive fees. Despite some hiccups in the process, in the end I was very satisfied upon closing. Got the rate promised and the fees didn't hit me with scary surprises. I did have to manage the process more than I would have liked, including requesting a float down rate to the current lower rate since my lock expired before we had a usable appraisal. I wish I didn't have to ask for that float down, but I'm glad to say that they delivered. Also, when my McGlone rep couldn't answer my question, he did the right thing, went upstream and had the owner call me. They were available after reg hours when I called. Appreciate that. Thanks!

Working with McGlone Mortgage company was wonderful! We couldn't refinance our house a few years back because the appraisal was low. I kept their information because it was such a pleasure working with them. We tried again this year and it all went well. I found McGlone through a loan competition web site. I decided to call & spoke [redacted] a couple of times prior to my decision. My realtor (Cent 21) & I were VERY impressed w/all the services McGlone offered. I received the original rate quoted at closing & McGlone worked w/us to close days ahead of the original scheduled date to accommodate changes in my life. We just refinanced for 30 yrs at 3.5%. So I had to give [redacted] some props here on Revdex.com Business Review to tell him thank you and recommend him to anyone that's looking to buy or refinance a home. I've been looking at rates for almost a year now waiting for the right time to lock in a rate low enough to justify refinancing. Last month, Bank Rate.com listed [redacted] Company (McGlone Mortgage) with the best rate at 3.5% and I thought it was too good to be true. I did my research here on Revdex.com and other sites and turns out they were legit. With bated breath, I waiting for some sort of bait-and-switch or some reason why I was going to have to cough up some more money (e.g. pay for discount points) or even have money added to the back side of the loan somehow. But... It never happened. He even extended my rate lock for free (i think he paid it out of pocket) and somehow managed to get me a lender credit of $700+. Also, my first payment isn't due for 2 months and I get all of my Escrow (Ins and Taxes)back for the last year from the previous Company. After it's all said and done, I have a 3.5% interest rate for 30 years and over $5000 in my pocket. There are a lot of shady companies out there but this Company is the real deal. When you call, be sure to ask for [redacted]. He's excellent!

I have worked with McGlone Mortgage on two separate occasions; once in 2010 and in 2014. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. They are responsive, forthcomiing and very customer service oriented. I originally found them on Bankrate.com and was a little skeptical but ultimately was pleasantly pleased that they were much easier to deal with then some of our local lending institutions. I will only work with them in the future for mortgage needs.

After shopping hard for mortgages, I narrowed the field down to a few companies that had what I was looking for, and based on ratings I saw on the Revdex.com site and Bankrate.com. I really liked what I saw with McGlone Mortgage, even though I had never heard of them. I contacted them, and was soon called back by [redacted] at McGlone...on a weekend no less.
