I worked with McGlone Mortgage in Oct 2013 during the funding of our jumbo home loan for our primary residence. McGlone offered a very competitive 7/1 ARM rate with very competitive fees. Despite some hiccups in the process, in the end I was very satisfied upon closing. Got the rate promised and the fees didn't hit me with scary surprises. I did have to manage the process more than I would have liked, including requesting a float down rate to the current lower rate since my lock expired before we had a usable appraisal. I wish I didn't have to ask for that float down, but I'm glad to say that they delivered. Also, when my McGlone rep couldn't answer my question, he did the right thing, went upstream and had the owner call me. They were available after reg hours when I called. Appreciate that. Thanks!

I was extremely impressed by McGlone Mortgage Company. Their rates were extremely competitive, even after I was told repeatedely by many other realtor professionals that rates do not change from broker to broker. They do, and [redacted] was very clear in his explanations of the services and rates he was able to offer. This was my first time purchasing a home in the US, and [redacted] and the team made it seamless. Everything was very clear up front: fees to be paid (v. competitive), the rates, the documentation I needed to produce, and the timeliness. I could not be happier with the end result, and it only took 6 weeks from my first phone call to closing. I don't generally write reviews. but their work merited this review which I am delighted to provide. I will recommend McGlone Mortgage Company to my network.

We just refinanced for 30 yrs at 3.5%. So I had to give [redacted] some props here on Revdex.com Business Review to tell him thank you and recommend him to anyone that's looking to buy or refinance a home. I've been looking at rates for almost a year now waiting for the right time to lock in a rate low enough to justify refinancing. Last month, Bank Rate.com listed [redacted] Company (McGlone Mortgage) with the best rate at 3.5% and I thought it was too good to be true. I did my research here on Revdex.com and other sites and turns out they were legit. With bated breath, I waiting for some sort of bait-and-switch or some reason why I was going to have to cough up some more money (e.g. pay for discount points) or even have money added to the back side of the loan somehow. But... It never happened. He even extended my rate lock for free (i think he paid it out of pocket) and somehow managed to get me a lender credit of $700+. Also, my first payment isn't due for 2 months and I get all of my Escrow (Ins and Taxes)back for the last year from the previous Company. After it's all said and done, I have a 3.5% interest rate for 30 years and over $5000 in my pocket. There are a lot of shady companies out there but this Company is the real deal. When you call, be sure to ask for [redacted]. He's excellent!

I found McGlone through a loan competition web site. I decided to call & spoke [redacted] a couple of times prior to my decision. My realtor (Cent 21) & I were VERY impressed w/all the services McGlone offered. I received the original rate quoted at closing & McGlone worked w/us to close days ahead of the original scheduled date to accommodate changes in my life. I've already referred my friends to McGlone.

Best refinance experience ever! Entire process from start to finish was handled very professionally, timely and in a customer friendly manner. [redacted], the loan officer, even worked through his vacation to ensure timely closing of the loan. The fees are estimated ones, but upon closing and adjusting to a lower amount, the difference was refunded within a week.

We didn't get the feeling they were "fishing" to see how little service, how much in fees or how high an interest rate we would accept; we shopped around and we got the best deal for our situation with no unecessary "run around." When our appraisal came in low due to a shody appraiser they even went the extra mile to redo the loan application and credited us for a second appraisal that came in significantly higher and enabled us to close the deal, all within about a month's time!
