I bought, sold and refinanced many times since 2000. So far, McGlone mortgage provides the best customer service level, bar none. they have the lowest rate possible. My loan officer [redacted] takes my case on his own and help me every step of the way. McGlone did not even charge me for going over the rate lock period by a couple of days. I will refer my friends to them in the future. I will also check out McGlone first for my future refinancing needs.

After shopping hard for mortgages, I narrowed the field down to a few companies that had what I was looking for, and based on ratings I saw on the Revdex.com site and Bankrate.com. I really liked what I saw with McGlone Mortgage, even though I had never heard of them. I contacted them, and was soon called back by [redacted] at McGlone...on a weekend no less. He spent a long time answering my questions, and I decided right then to apply for a mortgage with them. Start to finish, they were very easy to work with, and exceeded all my expectations. This was far and away the best mortgage experience I have ever had.

I have worked with McGlone Mortgage on two separate occasions; once in 2010 and in 2014. Both experiences exceeded my expectations. They are responsive, forthcomiing and very customer service oriented. I originally found them on Bankrate.com and was a little skeptical but ultimately was pleasantly pleased that they were much easier to deal with then some of our local lending institutions. I will only work with them in the future for mortgage needs.

I have intentionally delayed my review because I wanted to take some time to periodically consider what points I wanted to make, how I wanted to make them, and specifically which words to use. My wife and I were very satisfied with the services provided by [redacted] and [redacted]. Although true, that’s insufficient. We’ve settled on, “we highly and emphatically recommend [redacted] services”!
When I first called [redacted] there was a distinct difference between his phone call and his competitors. I’ve never purchased or refinanced a house (my wife had bought the house years before we got married). I had questions. I had several questions! [redacted] patiently listened and answered them all. After he had answered my questions and he presented a quote, he didn’t press with Emails and/or phone calls asking if “we decided” yet. The decision on who to finance with was an easy one!
In addition, there were occasions before the closing where he had, well, less then optimum news about the progress due to circumstances that were beyond his control. He clearly explained the circumstances and our alternatives. The time he’d spent answering my questions and pursuing different alternatives that best suited us in addition to his sales philosophy of presenting the options to the customer and allowing us to take a few days to decide, uninterrupted, were highly valued by my wife and I.
One last point that was very important to my wife and I. At closing, there were no surprises!

Thanks to McGlone Mortgage Company I was able refinanced my home in Downey, CA from a 30-yr 4.25 APR to a 20-yr 3.5 APR, and thus cutting 6 years from my initial loan and saving over 100K over the life of the loan. [redacted] and [redacted] at McGlone Mortgage Company are true professionals that provide some of the lowest rates and fees in the market and made my refinance experience super easy. They went out of their way to make sure I understood every part of the loan process so that there were no surprises when the loan finally closed. Recently refinanced our home through McGlone Mortgage and wanted to rave about what an easy, stress-free experience it was. Our loan officer was TOP NOTCH. The rates and fees were LOWER than anyone else around. Not to mention, taking care of everything online (from TN) made it extremely EFFICIENT. Would highly recommend them and will POSITIVELY use them again in the future!

Straight forward application & closing process. We were able to lock our rate immediately and McGlone was ready to close earlier than anticipated. We even paid less fees at closing than originally quoted. We've refinanced 6 times in 7 years and this was one of the most hassle free.

McGlone Mortgage Company was the most professional mortgage company that we have worked with and we have closed many mortgage loans over the years. They were efficient and always followed through on what they said they were going to do. Would not hesitate recommending them.

While initially hesitant of doing a large mortgage with people I have never and will never meet, I was referred to McGlone Mortgage by my brother who closed a mortgage with them the year prior.

I called them, and immediately was transferred by request to the agent who helped my brother.
