I bought, sold and refinanced many times since 2000. So far, McGlone mortgage provides the best customer service level, bar none. they have the lowest rate possible. My loan officer [redacted] takes my case on his own and help me every step of the way. McGlone did not even charge me for going over the rate lock period by a couple of days. I will refer my friends to them in the future. I will also check out McGlone first for my future refinancing needs.

After having uncomfortable and disappointing experiences with mortgage purchases and refinances in the past, our experience with McGlone Mortgage was by far the best. [redacted] and his team were professional, informative and very responsive. Their "we can get it done" approach is unmatched. We didn't get the feeling they were "fishing" to see how little service, how much in fees or how high an interest rate we would accept; we shopped around and we got the best deal for our situation with no unecessary "run around." When our appraisal came in low due to a shody appraiser they even went the extra mile to redo the loan application and credited us for a second appraisal that came in significantly higher and enabled us to close the deal, all within about a month's time! With E-File, quick turnaround and experienced knowledge McGlone Mortgage is definitely a bright spot in our business experiences. We recommend highly and will use McGlone Mortgage again.

Best refinance experience ever! Entire process from start to finish was handled very professionally, timely and in a customer friendly manner. The fees are estimated ones, but upon closing and adjusting to a lower amount, the difference was refunded within a week.

I have intentionally delayed my review because I wanted to take some time to periodically consider what points I wanted to make, how I wanted to make them, and specifically which words to use. My wife and I were very satisfied with the services provided by [redacted] and [redacted]. Although true, that’s insufficient. We’ve settled on, “we highly and emphatically recommend [redacted] services”!
When I first called [redacted] there was a distinct difference between his phone call and his competitors. I’ve never purchased or refinanced a house (my wife had bought the house years before we got married). I had questions. I had several questions! [redacted] patiently listened and answered them all. After he had answered my questions and he presented a quote, he didn’t press with Emails and/or phone calls asking if “we decided” yet. The decision on who to finance with was an easy one!
In addition, there were occasions before the closing where he had, well, less then optimum news about the progress due to circumstances that were beyond his control. He clearly explained the circumstances and our alternatives. The time he’d spent answering my questions and pursuing different alternatives that best suited us in addition to his sales philosophy of presenting the options to the customer and allowing us to take a few days to decide, uninterrupted, were highly valued by my wife and I.
One last point that was very important to my wife and I. At closing, there were no surprises!

I had a positive experience with McGlone Mortgage and ultimately would do business with them again. [redacted] was extremely professional and proficient and was able to work through a few unexpected hurdles that arose during our loan process. He locked a rate that was lower than originally quoted which shows a devotion to client success.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Jeff at McGlone Mortgage Group. Fast, excellent service with a personal touch. Jeff was on top of our needs and answered all our questions. Outstanding!

I got quick response to al my queries. Loan representative was particularly knowledgeable and courteous. The rate quoted in good faith estimate and final closing transaction were same figures. Documentation for loan approval was extensive and time consuming, however all was well in the end.

The individuals over at McGlone mortgage were incredibly helpful and expeditious with the the loan approval process. Matt [redacted] and Leslie [redacted] were fantastic to work with. Even after I lost my job two weeks before closing, they were instrumental in helping to find other options and in still getting the house closed with only a one week delay. While initially hesitant of doing a large mortgage with people I have never and will never meet, I was referred to McGlone Mortgage by my brother who closed a mortgage with them the year prior.

Over the course of the next month, while closing was getting prepared, I worked with a team of people from McGlone. All were professional and kept me up to date on a nearly daily basis with my loan status.

On the date of closing, and afterwards, they were available for any questions, without having to go through a long automated phone tree.

The personal service, aggressive rates and low fees all will have me coming back for my next mortgage.
