In the past 36 years, I have financed the purchase of, or re-financed, five homes. During the past 6 years I have refinanced my current home 3 times with McGlone Mortgage, each time taking advantage of falling interest rates.
Since 2007, eligibility standards have become more stringent with stricter documentation requirements. But the competence, integrity, energy and professionalism of the staff at McGlone helped make the application processes since 2007 the smoothest of all the real estate finance application processes I have have experienced. My 3rd closing in June 2014 was the smoothest and most efficient yet despite my being on vacation 2 of the 4 weeks my refinance application was pending!
No mortgage application process is without unexpected documentatoin glitches, appraisal errors, or missed deadlines by third parties. In my experience, [redacted] and his associates at McGlone stand with their customer in resolving such issues to keep the application process on track to a timely closing. Phone calls and e-mails are always returned promptly with the advice needed to keep the process moving forward. As a retired attorney, I am particularly impressed with McGlone's use of a password-protected application account system that ensures the privacy of electronic documentation submissons. To my knowledge, the company has never misplaced or lost any document I submitted. I am even more impressed that the company works with a title insurance company that handles re-finance closings at my kitchen table!

Mcglone Mortgage provided excellent service with the best rates. Since 2011 I have used them two times, once for financing on my new home purchase and then again for a recent re-finance on the original loan. [redacted] and his team are very professional while developing a personal approach to working alongside me through the process... start to finish. My entire experience refinancing my mortgage with McGlone Mortgage Co was excellent. [redacted] was my principal contact person and he was consistently honest and forthright, timely in his response to my questions, and generally very pleasant to deal with. His staff was equally easy to deal with. The economics of my mortgage (interest rate, closing costs, etc) were excellent, beating all mortgage competitors that I spoke with (including the bank that held my existing mortgage). The refinancing was closed on time, using a "closer" who came to my house on a date and time of my convenience. Overall, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend McGlone Mortgage.

After searching online for mortgage companies, I came across McGlone Mortgage Company, Inc. I was a bit hesitant because I had never heard of them before. I read several very positive reviews and decided to give them a try because the rates were so good. That turned out to be a very good decision. I worked with just one or two people the through the entire process and they were very good about communicating and helping us through each step. We had some difficulty with the people who were buying our home, but McGlone Mortgage was very patient and willing to work with us. I just finisher refinancing my condo with McGlone company, I had a great experience, everyone was very professional and prompt, the whole process took less than a month, I would recommend this to anyone thinking of refinancing, it seems that the rates are going up slightly so do not wait give them a call, they are very courteous and patient, you will certainly get the answers you are looking for!
