I want to share my experience with my mortgage refinance with McGlone Mortgage company.when I filled the application [redacted] called me immediately at 7.00pm on Sunday and offered the best rate I could find.He was very thorough and answered all my questions.he constantly stayed in touch and processed the loan really fast keeping me updated all along.prior to my closing [redacted] went over all the details and was very accurate. but in last minute I changed my heart when I knew the who the lender was and said I did not like the lender and my closing was scheduled next day.If any other lender they would have lost it but these words were what exactly [redacted] told me "I work for you and not the lender" and said if I wanted he can transfer the whole file to a different lender.I told him can it be done fast as I was leaving out of country next week.he said he will do everything to make it happen and which he did.I closed my loan as he promised with no surprise. I am extremely happy with [redacted] & his team and would strongly recommend him to all my friends and family.I will only use him in all my refinance or mortgage requirement. he has won a customer for life.

To say I was hesitant about using an online mortgage company would be an understatement. I was all ready to sign on the dotted line with a brick and mortar bank but I then looked at some positive reviews and the rate difference. McGlone was very easy to work with. The initial contact was great but that was to be expected, then the follow through with a great coordinator who was pleasant and very helpful. She always kept in contact with me even when I emailed multiple questions a day! I would absolutely recommend McGlone and more specifically the [redacted] and [redacted] team to my friends and family. I saved monthly with a lower interest rate and I also saved at least $1500 in closing costs. We closed on time as well!!

[redacted] at McGlone Mortgage was AMAZING to work with. He was always available to answer any of my questions...and I had A LOT! I was surprised when he was out of the office when I tried to reach him and instead of leaving him a message and waiting for a response, I was routed to his cell phone for an immediate response. Being a first time home buyer isn't easy and can be scary but [redacted] and everyone else at McGlone Mortgage made it easier than it would have been anywhere else. All I wanted was to make sure that closing went smooth and I ended up with the keys in my hand the day of closing and [redacted] promised nothing less. If you're looking to work with McGlone (and you should!), ask for [redacted]!

We have used McGlone Mortgage twice. Once for a refinance and once for a home purchase. These guys are great to work with. The whole process always goes smoothly, and considering the amount of documentation needed for mortgages these days, we are always able to easily provide everything they need conveniently through email and other secure online communications. [redacted] was our agent both times and has always been very helpful. During our home sale and purchase, a lot of huge issues cropped up with the sale. I called [redacted] many times with urgent questions, and he always was quick with a knowledgeable response. In addition to [redacted] everyone else we worked with was also very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend these guys and will use them for any mortgage needs in the future.

This was my first refinance, and first time with McGlone. McGlone was able to 'under-promise and over-preform' in pretty much every way. I received more money back on closing and escrow costs than estimated - which I think is a sign of a good business. McGlone was very easy to work with, and I didn't feel like there was any deception. I only did one other quote comparison with my previous lender and McGlone had a better rate and deal. [redacted] was my main contact. I'm very happy with how everything worked out!

I was impressed with the service I received from McGlone Mortgage. They sought to understand my needs and provided me with a competitive rate/loan best suited for me. Their new electronic filing system made it easy to upload documents remotely.

My only criticism is the need for better communication during the underwriting process...especially between the Loan Processing and the Underwriting departments.

Overall a positive experience and a company I would recommend.

While searching for refinance rates online I came across McGlone Mortgage and sent an email. Then I had a 30 minute phone call with Jim [redacted] to get everything started. I submitted all the required paperwork the first day. It was very easy with their website. Jim kept me informed every step of the way, although there weren't that many steps. Mine was a VA loan which I've heard can complicate things. But everything went smoothly. And fast. It took less than two months from the day I sent the first email inquiry until the day I signed the final paperwork. I would definitely use McGlone Mortgage in the future.

We worked chiefly with [redacted]. He was with us and led us through every step as we went along. McGlone had the lowest rate on a 15 year mortgage on the day we locked it in.

To [redacted] credit, when we finalized all the paper work and were ready for the mortgage he was able to get a final lock-in 30 or more basis points below the original figure he had quoted. I left a question for him on Saturday evening, figuring that he would return it on Monday. Twenty minutes later he was on the phone! Best mortgage experience I ever had!

We recently used McGlone Mortgage to refi our home in California. We found them on the internet. From the beginning, the experience was nothing but positive. Outstanding customer service! In my experience, working with banks can be quite aggravating and, at times, somewhat disconcerting as we were never sure if the bank was acting in our best interest. With McGlone they are not the bank so they will find you the best rate and assure that you are getting a good deal. In my opinion,this is far better than shopping around bank to bank and I will never do that again. Their rates are competitive and they allowed me to lock over the weekend which was awesome. Here is an example of their outstanding customer oriented service: Our inital home appraisal did not appear to be accurate given the other comparable sales in our neighborhood. Despite writing a formal contestion letter the appraisal company was not helpful. McGloan did not agree with valuation either. Our refi would not have been possible at this inaccurate appraisal value so McGloan ordered us another appraisal which was on them. Our home appraised appropriately on re-assessment and there were no further issues. Everything was as stated in the good faith estimate. The entire process was smooth and painless. Will use again!

We have now used McGlone twice for our personal refi needs. Both experiences have been positive. (As a matter of fact, our daughter has used them twice as well with the same results.) I have nothing negative to report and found the associates at McGlone to be on-top of their respective game! Getting through the 'underwriters' is another story and yet the McGlone team assists in these matters as well. I would definitely recommend their services to others (and I have already in the past) and will use them again if the opportunity arises.

Just closed my loan with McGlone Mortgage working with [redacted]. He and McGlone did a great job. I had some things that popped up with past credit issues and [redacted] was able to work with myself and the banks to get them resolved. The fees associated with new loan came in under [redacted] initial estimate and were very very competitive. Everybody that I delt with at McGlone was very responsive. Was very supprised when I sent some documents at 11PM to get a personal reply from the loan processor stating she had recieved them and told me which additional items she still needed.

Working with McGlone mortgage was a great experience. I would refer them to anyone looking to do a usda loan. They work really hard and efficiently to get the job done. They take MOST of the stress away in the home buying process.
